About this ebook
Ever read the Bible and thought, Wow, that was good stuff? But deep inside, you're like, Wait...what?
I've been in a Christian family my whole life and gave my life to Christ in 2010, so you'd think I get the Bible pretty good. But that's not the case. Sometimes I read it and read it, and I still don't get it. However, that's one of the beauties of the Bible. It really is the living Word. It shows you understanding and new meaning to life. It transforms people, gives us hope, and reminds us how much God really loves us. You just never stop learning about God.
After embarking on a journey through reading the gospels in chronological order, I felt inspired to write about how God/ Jesus/ the Holy Spirit might have felt during Jesus's time on Earth--Their feelings and thoughts in modern day writing. I also wanted to include some of my own perspectives, things I learned while I read the gospels.

Chapter 1
Dawn
He looks across the sky to the colors battling for their reign of glory. The fiery orange and the gloomy blue wrestle each other for their chance of power, but it is and always has been blue's destiny to settle the night.
What a beautiful sunset, He thinks, but He knows very well that the others are just as beautiful.
No person in their lifetime will ever see the same sunset. Although they may look similar in every aspect, there is always one part that is distinct. On some afternoons, a meek yellow will calm the night. On other occasions, a faint purple will conquer the sky. Some days will end with warm clouds, while others with different hues altogether. Overall, no man can say I have seen this setting before
without taking in a greater perspective.
He, though, has seen them all. With the work of His finger, He outlines what are to be the phases of the twilight.
With eyes narrowed and head tilted, He admires the work. He thinks of all the people that are watching the same wonder. Families, friends, couples, even people whose time has come to an end—all gather to see a motion picture that will never happen again.
The vast waves overcome the streak of glowing orange struggling to survive in the distance. But the blue night has finally taken over and sits on the throne. There it will remain until its partner, day, seizes its glory time. The day has ended just as He had said it would.
He watches from above a man bending a knee, his fancy clothing ruined from the sandy beach. Squeezing his eyes tight, the man lets out a tear that mixes into the shallow tide. One tear turns into millions, and so they begin to multiply in countless numbers.
The man, roughly wiping away the tears, takes out a small blanket. The man stares fondly at the blanket while rivers stream down his face. And with a deep breath, he lets the wind take it from his hands and carry it away into the ocean blue.
He, apart from the man, will ever know who that person mourns for. He is deeply saddened to see the man cry, and in the man's sorrow, He feels his pain. Who better to understand than a Father?
But isn't a son more than just a reflection of his father? In fact, the Son is the image of the Father. The exact being, the exact mind, the exact spirit knitted together into a different form. Long ago, it was said that the children must pay for the sins of their fathers. It was said that death was just part of life, and there was no hope beyond that. But weren't we created for a greater glory? Weren't we created to live with our Father forever?
With a smirk while keeping this in mind, He takes out a golden chest. It is filled with silver paper and colored pencils, each trimmed with a golden finish. He busies Himself for the most glorious sunset of all. Quite a perfectionist He is, though it cannot be helped. It is what He is and what He will always be.
I prefer the purple, King,
the soft voice enters.
He smiles. Of course. It's the color of royalty.
The trusty Advisor peers over to watch the masterpiece form.
As He continues His artwork, He whispers King,
just pondering the word. He stops working. People are foolish when they believe being a king is just a story of glory, splendor, and delight. It takes more than that to be a leader, a guider.
Well, you know as well as I, the best king is the one that serves,
the Advisor agrees.
Well then.
He turns back to His art. It's time the world sees how humble a king can be.
The King continues to draw. He follows the outline with His colored pencils to shade the setting. During all this, They reflect on what's to come. They know the grandeur that is to come, but also the difficult steps it will take to get there.
Well now,
the Advisor breaks through the atmosphere. Come, come. Your Son is born.
The King smirks and, not even lifting His eyes, simply states, Impossible.
With a chuckle, the Advisor responds, You are the great King and the Knower of all things. I wasn't finished with my sentence.
He beams delightedly. I was saying that Your Son will be born in one day, twenty-three hours, forty-five minutes, and six seconds from now.
The King smiles and looks up at the great Counselor. Oh, Advisor, could you be more specific?
I can.
The Advisor pauses then smiles. It was seven milliseconds. But that was seven milliseconds ago.
They laugh and the jolly laughter echoes loudly around the palace and the mansions beyond. As Their laughter fades, He puts the finishing touches on His masterpiece: a star like no other to lead the night. With the last stroke of His brush, He speaks. And from the confirmation of His words, the sunset is set into motion.
He stands and looks at the Counselor, eye to eye. They both smile, for They know what awaits because They know the future beyond the future.
They walk toward the balcony that overlooks millions upon millions twirling about the floor. The Advisor points about. Everything is as it should be, my Lord. This is what all creation has waited for.
They gaze deeper into Their kingdom. The children dressed in innocence grab hands and make circles. The women in their purity lift their arms, swaying them from side to side. The men join together, playing instruments to form angelic melodies. The stars light up the sky and twinkle endlessly, all while flashing the colors of the rainbow.
They know it. We know it. Today is a day worth celebrating.
She's a good woman, and he's a good man.
The King recalls the moment when the girl was chosen. She said it was impossible, but it was said unto her, Nothing is impossible.
And to her man, who was not far, was revealed the same truth.
"Of course they are, Your Highness. We chose them, and it will be
