From grandiose gestures performed to gain affection from friends and lovers alike, to dwelling on past mistakes while relying on alcohol to numb the pain. An enigmatic tale of hedonism, betrayal, and reflection. A see-saw of emotions throughout the book evoke a feeling of dread, anxiety and hope all rolled into one. Tendai attempts to direct a play using words alone and leaves imagination up to the reader. A reflection in the mirror he calls his mind. To be read as a summary of what has passed and may someday come to be.

TO START OFF, I HAVE to thank my Information Systems teacher. For teaching me how to format documents in Word and how to use Canva. Designing the cover was made easy with the functionality and friendly user interface. I have to thank my friends, majority of which I kept in the dark about this. Up until the day I announced the name of the book and it’s nearing release date, only Maka knew, so there were definitely no leaks. Certain parts of this book may sound familiar to them because they were present in my life when these events took place. These friends of mine are more like family and I cherish their presence in my life. I love you dearly and treasure you always. From Michael for lads on tour, to  Badz and Main on curfew missions. Bereng, I don’t claim you enough, but  you’re family and a friend at the same time which is, rare to say the least.The strong women in my life, who I’m proud to know and lucky to be closely acquainted with.
