    Village, we had some beliefs. There is a very big forest not very far away from my village. Just a stone throw, my friends: Kankem, Adom, Adoma, John, Johnson and I never believed anything about that forest.

    Stories of that forest and other places were known to everyone like the way we know our names. No child in our village would even imagine going to that forest because of the fear in their hearts. Well not every child though, for my friends and I were not scared of all the fearful and evil things said about that forest because we did not believe a single one.
