    Intro: What is Going on Here?

    Hi there! Welcome! You’re reading this because a) you want to learn about manifestation, b) you already know about manifestation, but you want to refine your techniques (and learn new ones), or c) you are lost. It happens.

    Whatever the reason, I’m glad you’re here! Your life is for sure going to be better for it.

    In this guide, I’m going to walk you through what, exactly, manifestation and the law of attraction are (in case you’re totally new to this.) Then I’ll go over some building block basics, meaning the things I think every single person needs to know to be successful with any manifestation technique.

    Next, I’ll hit you with an ever-growing encyclopedia of manifestation methods that I am constantly testing, from visualization to scripting to candles to vision boards to (no joke) stuff I see on TikTok and wonder about. I tried them so you don’t have to! I’ll go through and explain how to do each one, and you can either try it yourself or go That is stupid and will never work for me and move on. Totally up to you!

    Lastly, I’ll go through all of the manifesting/ law of attraction troubleshooting and FAQs I’ve compiled over the years, like Where’s my stuff? and Can I say exactly how my manifestation will appear in my life?

    Those are great questions, and you’ll be glad to know that none of my answers are stupid statements like You are in the wrong vibration, man. Just, no. Unless you can do something about it, I will not bring it up.

    Because really, successful manifestation is all about finding out what works for you, then doing that thing.

    In this guide, you’re going to be doing a lot of writing and thinking about yourself and the way your mind works, so prepare to get in there! For this first part (before we get into the actual methods), I’m going to cover the non-negotiable things you must do in order to manifest anything using any method. You have to understand/get your head around what manifestation actually IS, set some goals, and develop a regular meditation practice for any of these methods to really work in a meaningful way.

    For real, do not skip to part two of the guide if you don’t have these things in place, because manifesting is really hard if you don’t have this basic framework set up. You can actually hurt yourself!

    OK, let’s talk about what manifestation is, so we can start learning how to do it!

    What is Manifestation?

    Let’s start from the very beginning of the beginning. What is manifestation?

    Strictly speaking, a manifestation (used as a noun) is something theoretical made real, and manifestation (used as a verb) is the act (some might say art) of taking what you are imagining and making it into a reality in your life.

    You might have heard the term manifestation floating around out there lately, especially in concerning things like the law of attraction. Manifesting something into your life means that you are intentionally making it appear, causing it to happen, and wanting that outcome or situation (rather than just being a passive observer of your life). Manifestation is starting with a vision in your mind and turning that vision into a reality in your daily life.

    I cover several practical manifestation methods here, from visualization to vision boards to written scripting to repeating affirmations. The fact is, there is no one size fits all formula when it comes to manifesting. Throughout this guide, you will (hopefully) engage in writing and thought exercises and try some (or all!) of the various manifestation methods to see which one works best for you.

    The first step in this process is for you to acknowledge that manifestation is real, so we’ll start with some questions about that subject.

    Do you believe that your thoughts create (or at least influence) your reality?

    Seriously, give this one some thought.

    Because for real, if you don’t believe you have power over your reality, you are probably not going to be able to manifest. If you are waiting for something to happen to prove it to you before you commit 100%, that is fine, but please realize that the whole process will take much longer and be much more frustrating, because that belief is part of what makes it happen.

    So, let’s think about the next question— what’s it going to take for you to believe that you are, in fact, creating your reality?

    Now’s the time to set yourself a super, SUPER easy goal, like seeing a certain color car or hearing from a person. Promise yourself that once this happens, you will accept that you are influencing your reality and that you don’t need to prove it again. That doubt is toxic and will really slow down your manifesting.

    Right now, think of something easy you want to attract, like a car, a person, or even a feather or a balloon. Try to hold it in your mind for as long as you can (preferably 17 seconds or longer).

    Get out that notebook again and make a note of the date and what you were thinking about, and when you actually see it, make a BIG HUGE note of the date when it happened. That is your baseline manifestation rate right there. You will improve upon that with regular practice, but it is super helpful to know where you’re starting from.

    The point is this: you have to believe that this stuff works before you can move on to mastering the various methods of execution. If you are doing the methods to prove the concept of manifestation to yourself, that is going to hold up your manifesting process (and your life, really).

    So— once and for all, do you believe that your thoughts create (or at least influence) your reality?

    Do whatever it takes to solve this question for yourself before you proceed. Really!

    Once you accept that your mind has the power to influence your physical reality, you will see that you, too, can manifest what you want into existence. All it takes is figuring out what method works for you and having the dedication to see it through until it happens.
