This book is about a kid who never knew who he was. He believed who he thought he had to be. As time went on, he began to understand who he was and how capable he is of anything in the world. A lesson to anyone reading, that you are capable of anything.

The author is from a small town in Kentucky. He wrote small books in 3rd grade that were read to the entire grade at only 8 years old. A, recipient of Kentucky Essay of the Year as a 5th grader. Once entering middle school and for the next 10 years he struggled with making the wrong decisions in seeking validation to fit in. His sports career took off in high school and he ran for U.S.A DownUnder in Australia as a 16 year old. He had a few Division 1 offers and then decided to go onto the University of Louisville to run track, and earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Administration. His modeling, acting, and personal training career began his Junior year of college where he played in a few movies and acted in many commercials. His senior year of college he proposed an idea that he had created that was picked up and featured by the National Ocean Conservancy. After graduating with honors, he worked at a Summer Camp he had been working at since he was 17. The author coached MIddle School sports in his hometown for two years and taught in the school system. He started his own business as well which is called, Mr. D’s Candle Company. He now works with mentoring the youth who are incarcerated and serves as a motivational speaker on social media at only 24 years old. The author writes poetry as well and stays out in nature. The book is his childhood story with some added in manifestations. “You are too capable.”
