About this ebook

Readers, including Christians and non-Christians, will be eager to read this book because of the misconception on the virginity of Mary since this book provides answers using the facts in the Scripture to the question on the virginity of Mary, and it will lead people to the truth that Jesus Christ is the only Son of Mary. It will benefit Catholics to increase their faith based on the fact that Jesus is the only son of Mary and will enlighten other Christians and nonbelievers to have a change of mind and repent from dishonoring the Blessed Virgin Mary.

This book forcefully and clearly explained the common mistakes that some people make on the perpetual virginity of Mary. People usually recount the Bible, saying that the brothers of Jesus, James, Joses, etc. are mentioned in the Bible; whereas the truth is clear in the scriptures that they are merely close relatives of Jesus.

Using facts from the Old Testament and in the New Testament, this book clearly repudiated this common error on the assumption about the perpetual virginity of Mary. This approach of using scripture only in a way it has not been used before on this subject will make this book become a classic since it will be referenced for ages to come.

Using artificial intelligence (AI) technology, I was able to gather facts from the Bible to develop this book that others have not presented previously. In my opinion, this is the first book on the virginity of Mary that outlined several truths contained in the Bible to support this subject. This book does not present truths that are based on tradition. This approach makes it easier for everyone to believe that the facts in this book are from the Bible only but were not made clear to them previously. Since the truths in this book are based on the Bible alone, it will increase the faith of Christians on this subject, providing them with answers that are based on the scriptures. Finally, this book is simply written in few pages so that the readers can quickly read and finish it.

The reward of Mary accepting to be the mother of God and, consequently, the reward every child of God receives through her can be seen in Wisdom 7:26-27. The Virgin Mary brought great rewards to the wedding at Cana; she is still active today as the new Eve, looking after her children and giving us abundant blessings and God's favor.

    Conclusion

    Introduction

This book's objective is to demonstrate that Mary was a virgin when the Archangel Gabriel visited her and told her that she would be the mother of Jesus Christ, the Son of God and our Lord and Savior, that she was a virgin while carrying Jesus Christ in her blessed womb, that she was a virgin after giving birth to Jesus Christ, and that she is still a virgin today and forever. The book provides these facts based solely on the stories of Jesus Christ, the Blessed Virgin Mary, and Joseph found in biblical accounts. As we know it, the Holy Bible is inspired by God; and it details the birth, life, death, resurrection, and ascension into heaven of Jesus Christ. In addition, the Bible provides details on the Blessed Virgin Mary that are associated with the birth, life, death, resurrection, and ascension of Jesus Christ. The Bible also provides information on Joseph who is associated with Jesus and the Blessed Virgin. Furthermore, the Bible provides details on what happened after Jesus Christ ascended into heaven and sent the Holy Spirit to His apostles and Mary, His mother, when they gathered in one place. This book will work through these Bible details to show the fact that the Blessed Virgin Mary is forever a virgin. Just as the three wise men who were highly learned and sophisticated men (kings or magi) understand the birth of Christ, the King of kings, based on their knowledge of the pattern of the stars, as written in Matthew 2:2, similarly, the records and patterns in the Bible can enlighten us to understand and know that the virgin Mary as a virgin forever.

    *****

The existence of humans started with our first parents, Adam and Eve, as recounted in Genesis. Eve is the mother of humans. As we know from the story, Eve ate the forbidden apple, which resulted in the original sin. All humans have original sin since Eve is our mother of the flesh. So each human being inherited the sin of the flesh from our first mother, Eve. The Blessed Virgin Mary is the new Eve (Genesis 3:20), which means that she is the mother of all the living. By the grace of God, the Blessed Virgin Mary was kept free from original sin. This is because she gave Jesus Christ her flesh. As a result, her flesh had to be free from original sin so that Jesus Christ's flesh would be free from it as well. Original sin causes disordered desires within us, which gives rise to temptation from within ourselves (such as anger, lust, jealousy, pride, selfishness, etc.), making us commit sin. As Scripture says in 1 Peter 1:14, "A s obedient children, not conforming yourselves to the former lusts, as in your ignorance." The Blessed Virgin Mary, by the grace of God, was free from the disordered internal desires; so she is free from sin due to internal temptation. The Blessed Virgin Mary was not only free from original sin; she was also free from sin due to external temptation commonly caused by people around us, societal norms, and Satan.

By the special grace of God, the Blessed Virgin Mary was the humblest of all creatures—gentle, slow to speak, and possessing other gifts that enabled her to overcome external temptation. Therefore, she was able to keep to her heart all the words from Archangel Gabriel and the secret that Jesus Christ was the Son of God. Even at the death of Jesus on the cross, she kept this secret in her heart due to the special virtues given to her by God. These virtues include deep humility, lively faith, blind obedience, unceasing prayer, constant self-denial, surpassing chastity, ardent love, heroic patience, angelic kindness, and heavenly wisdom. She was very humble; Mary had no desire to gain worldly praise or pride or fame in the world's eyes, which would have led her to tell the whole world the powers of her days that Gabriel visited her, telling her that she would give birth to the much-awaited Son of God, as prophesied by the greatest prophets. Remember that all Israelites were looking forward to the birth of the child of God who would save Israel. This was more than a trillion-dollar news that would give Mary all the popularity and comfort that the world of her day could afford to give to her. The truth is that Mary is the humblest of all creatures, so she gave up all the world's glory and gave her yes to God totally in blind obedience so that she could do the holy will of God, Who wants to carry out His salvation plan for the world.

Since the Blessed Virgin Mary is free from original sin, she has the pure knowledge of God's holy will, just like Adam and Eve had the pure knowledge of God's will before they fell from grace. Before the fall, God had given them free will. They had the freedom to decide to obey God and do what God asked or to disobey God. Similarly, just like Adam and Eve, the Virgin Mary also had free will to decide to obey God or not. She decided to obey and follow God's plan. As a result, she accepted to participate in God's salvation plan for humanity when she proclaimed her fiat in response to the archangel Gabriel's message to her to conceive God's Son. She accepted God's desire and dropped her desire for the future to get married. As a Jewish girl, she knew the consequence of becoming pregnant outside of marriage, which involved public disgrace and being stoned to death, but she preferred to do God's will and suffer the consequences. She placed God's will first before her wants, even if God's plan involved sacrificing her life.

The virgin man was foretold by God after the fall of Adam and Eve, as written in Genesis 3:15: And I will put enmity Between you and the woman. The Blessed Virgin Mary is the daughter of God the Father, the mother of God the Son, and the spouse of God, the Holy Spirit. Mary is full of the Holy Trinity: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. The Blessed Virgin Mary is the exalted daughter of God, as written in the different places in the scriptures: 2 Kings 19:21, Jeremiah 4:31, Isaiah 62:11, and Micah 4:13. Mary is loved by God, as written in Wisdom 8:3: "She glorifies her lineage by having companionship with God; yes, and of all things, the Lord loves
