NOTES
THE MOMENT OF EPIPHANY
A heavy door had swung open,
In the darkness, a lamp was lit.
At last, all of the dots connected,
And the pieces to the puzzle fit.
I could count every star in the sky.
I could smell every flower in the field.
I knew the answers to all of the questions,
And all the secrets were revealed.
All that had seemed so far away,
Had suddenly drawn near.
The mystery of life was solved,
And my path was never more clear.
For a moment, the clouds had lifted.
I caught a glimpse of that other realm.
Which lies beyond our vast horizon,
Yet to this Earth is bound.
From Heaven came a loud hallelujah,
And the birth of this epiphany.
As I enter this new frontier,
I know that God shall be with me.
