Staying in the job that you are currently in is getting increasingly uncomfortable or you have a feeling inside that something is off or out of alignment. If you feel like you have done everything, and you are still not progressing in your career the way you want to, then keep reading. I have the answer for you.

Let’s be clear as we start out; this book is focused on staying with the company, community, or organization that you are currently with. There are numerous books about getting jobs outside of your company, but this book is solely focused on staying where you are and elevating into the next role that you want. If you are the person who wants to take the subsequent step in your career path but have been faced with obstacles, setbacks, and losing a job to someone else, then you are in the right place and this book is meant for you.
