This book tells the story of the Violent and bloody events of life of an aristocratic family, who are trapped in the trap of moneylenders and are sinked into the swamp of usury.

Story:

 

a aristocratic family has been caught in the clutches of usury for years.

with these characters:

First:The sick father of the family with many failed dreams, Someone who is addicted to usury and borrowing.

Second: Bardia, the eldest son of the family, who tries to save family from the clutches of usurers, He tries hard, but he is slowly drowning in the whirlpool of debts. 

And at the same time, the family does not believe his efforts. They think that he is trying to pull them out of the swamp for his own benefit and not for the sake of the family.

Third: Mina, the daughter of the family and her husband and younger brother and the mother of the family who are drowned in idleness and inaction and have postponed everything and every useful work for an indefinite time.

Fourth: Marvast, the usurper parasite, who has been with this noble family from childhood, has penetrated into their flesh, skin and blood and has sucked their blood to the last drop.

he wants all of their property and their big house and does not give up on his wish.

In this play, the host and the parasite are intertwined and are together, until the breath does not remain in the victim's body and finally kills and dies. 

in this tragedy, The host has fallen in love with the parasite of his existence, he cannot separate the parasite from himself so as not to sink into this endless well and drown. 

so...This play is the story of the last struggle of the slaves. This show is the show of last breath.

    CHARACTERS

    Bardia: The eldest son of the Baharmast's noble family

    Mina:daughter of the Baharmast's noble family

    Pasha: The youngest son of the Baharmast's noble family

    Mother: The mother of the family

    Father: the Father of the family

    Marvast: usurer and an old family acquaintance

    Faren: Bardia's fiancée and love

    Servants, companions, and other people who come and go from time to time.

    ACT I

    The first Scene

    [An old and large house in Tehran, that Valuable old paintings are installed on it's

    walls, a little silence; the usurer man comes from the back door, hesitates a little,

    sits down on an old leather chair, gently touches the ancient statue, then gets up,

    and looks at the house with longing]

    Marvast:

    That's enough, that's enough

    [The Servant comes to the room, takes a look, and leaves, then Pasha comes and

    stands on the door frame; Marvast is still stunned by the painting, who suddenly

    goes back]

    Pasha:

    What again?

    Marvast:

    My dear Pasha, I just wanted to visit with Mr. Baharmast and that's it

    [laughs and opens his hands]

    That's all

    Mina:

    What do you want from this house again?

    Marvast:

    [holding up the statue with fascination and looking at it in light]

    Nothing

    [picks up the old statue and goes to the door]

    Nothing

    Pasha:

    I have heard the news of your threats

    [grabs statue from behind]

    None of this is for sale anymore, no mortgage, no collateral

    [shouts]

    No

    Marvast:

    [turns his head]

    Sincerely, Mr. Pasha, whatever you order

    Mina:

    [shyly]

    What price do you offer for this old painting?

    Pasha:

    [goes towards her angrily]

    Mina

    [The sister moves away in fear]

    There is Nothing to sell or pawn anymore

    Marvast:

    There is no need for these words at all. There is no need for war.

    Because I personally have a special devotion to your old and well-known family; I

    have been able to serve this family for many years

    you realized that

    You yourselves have witnessed

    For years

    [brings his head closer]

    I will never let you be without money.

    I will pay at least the cost of your trip and have fun in Europe

    for a whole month in cash.

    [takes out a checkbook]

    Shall I write you a check for a large amount?

    Pasha:

    [hesitating]

    You threatened to put me in jail for Unpaid checks

    Marvast:

    It is a lie, just a lie

    [bows]

    I respect each and every member of your family.

    [whispers]

    There is also a new investment proposal for your Father, which I promise you, if you

    support it, I will pay you any amount you want.

    [shakes the bank check]

    Mina:

    [Looks out of the window]

    You and a few people like you gradually took Everything from our family; all that

    property and land inherited over the years disappeared.

    Marvast:

    [turns his head, with a fearful and decisive tone]

    Shall I write a check?

    Mr. Pasha

    Mina:

    [She goes to the side of the picture again and gently touches it]

    For... for the mortgage and loan and pledge of this old oil painting

    [reads the signature hard]

    How much do you pay for a portrait by Master Kamal al-Mulk?

    Pasha:

    [Hesitant and furious]

    Nothing goes out of the house

    [Marvast gets up, picks up the statue from the table, and goes to the door]

    Mina:

    Pasha

    Pasha:

    Where are you going to take it?

    [He takes the statue
