My dear friend and reader, thank you so much for taking a moment to read this short book! You probably think, He sure is a pesky one right? Giving his books out like that to everyone he sees.

Honestly, I admit that even after all this time, I am still a little shy about it, but you know what? I am not ashamed. This is what we’re supposed to do. We’re supposed to spread and share this special message. And what message is that, you ask? Well, it’s the message of God’s Love! As such, I am in truth, very happy. Happy to share this message with you, and happy you took a moment to read something that I wrote, so happy days!

I am certainly overjoyed that you will read this small book, and I’m glad someone or myself handed it to you, and I also thank you very much for taking it from them. You could have set it down or thrown it away, but you kept it. So thank you, sincerely.

Now I’m glad you decided to read this, because this book was meant and written for you. You see, I wrote this book as a means to include you in an important conversation; with the book itself being a series of friendly discussions I want to share with you. The theme of these conversations are of utmost importance, because it allows me to speak to you in a friendly and relaxed tone, all while sharing the core of the subject and purpose of my entreaty. My goal with this book is that you can read it in your spare time, or in a calm, relaxed environment.

If you have read any of my other work, then this will not be new to you. But to those who haven’t...I must tell you that I did not write this book with the intent to make any sort of profit or monetary gain, nor have I written it to become known or recognized, except for spreading the message within. Again, I say to you, I write not with the intention of becoming well known or to seek any praise or recognition. This book was solely written for those who do not realize or know the depths of God’s love for them. This was written to give you a small glimpse into what I desire all men and women who don’t know, to know.

As such, I chose to write this book in a conversational and easy to read tone. This was done on purpose, as I don’t wish to tax or stress your mind, encroaching upon your valuable time and sensibilities, seeking to expound upon difficult concepts and topics, using sophisticated or complicated sentence structures to impress you...ok, well maybe just a tiny bit in the last few sentences you just read, but no more after this paragraph.

Also please keep in mind, that I do not claim to be the main authority on this topic, except for my heartfelt desire to share with you the wonderful message of God’s love for us. I am as you are, a soul seeking salvation and hope through the love and mercy of God, shining through Jesus Christ, His Son.

Therefore please know, that I wrote this book keeping simplicity in mind, seeking only for you to casually read my words, hoping that although they might be simple in nature, they might make such an impression on your heart that you seek and desire to know more. However before we go further, I just have a few housekeeping items and disclaimers that I would like to take care of and address.

So to begin:

1)  This book will not do in-depth Bible quotations or go into intense scholarly discussions regarding Bible verses in high-level collegiate vocabulary. This often serves to confuse the person who simply wishes to begin reading and studying religious concepts. Bible verses will be used at the beginning of every chapter, for emphasis, style and context, and maybe sometimes during a chapter, and it will be presented in the simplest text and translation that’s appropriate for the meaning of the section itself, but that’s it.

2)  This book is also not intended to make you go into deep discussions of faith or substance either. In all honesty, that can come later. This book is also not written for those who might already possess an understanding of the religious concepts and teachings written within, for you are mostly acquainted with religious principles and precepts. Still yet, I do encourage all to read this simple work, regardless of where you are in your understanding of scripture. Who knows, you may come across some things you knew, and some things you didn’t realize...

3)  The ultimate goal of this book is not to impress or to flatter anyone with grand declarations, forcing you to dive head first into complicated concepts and hard to perceive subjects. This book was written to be easy to read and easy to get into. It has plain, everyday language, and it will always be genuinely used to communicate one simple fact. It is my sole and only intent for you to begin to learn about God’s immense and never-ending love, and as such, I will remind you again, that this is not an in-depth Bible study.

4)  As stated before, this book will not be a lengthy literary epic or volume. I don’t wish to burden you with a long drawn out book. The point is to be short in length with mostly small length chapters. A few parts may be longer than others, but the entirety of the book will be half the length of a general novel or standard book. Nonetheless I can guarantee, that while small, this book will be large on spiritual return.

5)  This book was written for those who desire a small beginning window into the thoughts and personal beliefs of religion, and why we trust and believe in God; and it was written to gently convince you to consider your views, making you ponder on the wonderfully marvelous news of the message contained within, and also in the course of things, to perhaps change your life.

6)  This book will, in full measure, feature only two people having an ongoing conversation about God and Jesus. It will keep you entertained, but it will also allow you to place yourself in their shoes, as you walk along with them on their journey of discovery, enlightenment and expression of the love of God and the eternally important sacrifice of Jesus.

7)  As such, this book was written for you to share. If you know someone who likes to read, please share this book with them! By simply sharing a small book as this, you are helping to spread and share the love of God. You don’t have to be a missionary or a famous preacher to do this.

8)  Furthermore, please remember that you do not have to catch up with anyone else regarding God and the Bible. God will meet you where you are, and you will grow into who He wants you to be if you trust in Him. Therefore, do not be afraid of doing simple things such as giving away a book, or praying with a stranger. God will bless your efforts all the same. Always keep in mind, that the goal is to get ordinary people like you and me, to ease into the word of God, not overwhelm them.

9)  Now this book will mention this a few times, but I just want you to know right here and now, that God is awesome, and Jesus is simply amazing. God is so very wonderful for what He has done for us. You will know why I say that shortly.

10)  Lastly, this book was written to tell you that God is real, and that He loves you very much. You are very special and worth saving. You are loved, despite what you’ve done in this life. God loves you no matter what. Indeed, people may lose their love for you, and even your loved ones may leave you, but God will always love you. He loves you very, very much, and I think it’s finally time you find out just how much...
