For too long, we have depended on man-made solutions that have failed us, labeling us as being in some way broken . The truth is our power is only effective when we focus on the present, the past is death to us and the future, may never happen. By giving the details of our past trauma event back to the rightful owner, we are left with the memory and like all memory, it goes into our memory bank and stops harming us.
The fact that we allow it into the present, means everything it touches , is tainted with death and decay. We become our own worst enemies, by self sabotaging life in the present.
But this program, is a program of RECOVERY.
We get to break free of the past completely, by following a series of simple steps that is

Chapter 1
The Healing Event is Made Up of Three Parts
Common Sense
The author is 62 years old today. Yesterday he planned on presenting this healing ritual to you, the reader, while today, he is writing this event. They are two different people.
Does this make sense to you?
Yesterday, he had high hopes that he would be able to convey this message as simply as possible, and today the new version of him, is doing his best to achieve this goal.
Does this make sense to you?
This means if the person today is not the person yesterday, then he is not the same person he was a week ago, a year ago, a decade ago and he certainly isn’t the 12 year old child from 50 years ago, who suffered a traumatic childhood event.
Does this make sense to you?
Take a picture of the present day author who is a 62 year old adult male, a husband and father; alongside a picture of that 12 year old child from 50 years ago, and you can see there might be a family resemblance, but they are clearly not the same person.
Does this make sense to you?
One is a 62 year old adult and the other a 12 year old child.
Does that make sense to you?
We cannot be in two places at once.
We cannot be two different people at once.
We cannot be in two different time zones at once.
Does this make sense to you?
That 12 year old child suffered, endured and survived that traumatic event so that future aspects of himself would be free of it, to live lives beyond their wildest dreams.
Does this make sense to you?
He never asked, wanted, or needed, anyone to fight his battles for him.
Does this make sense to you?
He cannot pass over into the mansion prepared for him in our father's mansion, until he has all his baggage and it was up to the author, to return all this baggage unconditionally.
Does this make sense to you?
As long as we bring their baggage into our present, we thus assume the role of him as a victim, but worse still we honor his abuser by repeating his abuse over and over again. And at any level this is just plain wrong.
Does this make sense to you?
This poor 12 year old child was stuck in a state of perpetual purgatory, unable to move on, while we were also self sabotaging, learning we are clearly powerless to heal or gain closure on this event.
Does this make sense to you?
We had to give all of this baggage back to its rightful owner; see them walk into the light; and thus allowing us to return to the present free of the past.
The Three Person God
As with the fellowship of Alcoholics Anonymous, we don’t hold with denominations or a man-made religion. We go straight to the source. We learn from reality creation spiritual teachers that God is within each of us and together we can become a new creation when we embrace this healing event and then on a daily basis, cast out our demons using these 12 steps created for this program of recovery.
But first we must let go of the past, and this means giving back the cross we have carried for far too long and which has been a burden. We see ourselves in Christ. He was made to carry the cross of others and he faltered three times, we have carried the cross of the past for so long, faltering became a daily habit. But this awakening realization, compels us to give this cross back to its rightful owner and in that moment, we feel a great weight [like the weight of the world] fall from our shoulders, releasing the straps crisscrossing our chest, freeing us of the anxiety and insecurity caused by carrying that load[like great big elephant sitting on our chest- we cannot breathe]. But in this moment, we experience a freedom never thought possible.
In this moment, we learn that we are meant to carry our own cross; the 24 hour living cross of today. God fills this cross with what we need to handle today, He never gives us more than we can handle and there are no expectations that we make a perfect job of it. When we retire at night we give our cross to him with gratitude, and we are free to sleep. On awakening we find a new cross waiting for us. We learn to trust life on Gods terms.
Looking back on our PTSD and Past Trauma Memories we see that God plays his part; he takes our younger selves to the next plain of existence, and we embrace this for him in many cases.
Holistic Practices
It would be wonderful if we could just take the above knowledge and break free of the past, but unfortunate its the nature of man to need to take action for a thing to have substance. I only ever had one client, who got healed without the ritual, but like me there is a great comfort in the laying of hands, even if we are laying hands on ourselves.
I combined EFT, Tapping, Thought Field Therapy, Acupressure, Energy Medicine, Yoga Breathing Practices, NLP exercises & Reiki, along with God Consciousness, to create my healing event..
Combining these three parts, we can create a healing event whereby any person diagnosed with PTSD or suffering a Past Trauma Event. This event would generally take 1 hour, and the shift would tend to happen before the end of session.
The Formula
Coming on from the idea that the event didn’t happen to us; we separate us from our past aspect.
For example:
I am Richard, I am 62 years old today
Young Richard is 12 years old from 50 years ago young 12 year old Richard from 50 years ago, suffered a Loss of Innocence
Choose a word or phrase that can represent the event for you, but wont trigger you
This healing event is for the younger aspect of us
This is not about us. This is none of our business.
We are witnessing our younger self, taking back their baggage, and being ushered to their next plain of existence by a whole host of God’s Angels.
By the end of the healing event we clearly feel the release of all that baggage and burden.
When folks ask us about it, we can declare, it has nothing to do with me today, it was never mine to carry and I have let it go and made peace with it.
Chapter 2
Something Old, Something New
This healing solution for Past Trauma Memories and PTSD, combine Something Old with Something New. The Something Old is the claiming of the promised miracle of the Bible, to cast out our demons. It does not involve joining a church, denomination or religion, although if you are affiliated with such an organization that is fine and acceptable too.
But where most 12 step programs allow you to choose your own understanding of God, this program deals with the letting go of the past and returning such baggage to its rightful owner and as such we need a definite practice to achieve this.
When we embrace the Something Old; that is the Three Person God of the Bible; we open ourselves up to the life force energy that is the Holy Spirit, that empowers us to move the mountains that block us from being present and joyfully alive in the present. We claim our miracle of the casting out of our demons [the nightmares, flashback & triggers] that hide out in the dark recesses of our minds, on a daily basis through the Teachings of Christ and following these 12 steps outlined in the coming pages.
All this work and effort manifests a change in us. We become a new person. We give up the past unconditionally and without resentment. We let go of our old attitudes, outlooks and perspectives. We beome new creatures as promised in the Bible.
The Something New is these 12 steps, that differ from other 12 step programs, in other programs, one is dealing with as habit, addiction or behavior that one abstains from on a daily basis.
We on the other hand; are returning the baggage that we have been powerless to heal and has caused our lives and relationships to become unmanageable; are giving away property that was never ours to hold. Once released, there is no cause or chance to take it up again. The rightful owner of the PTSD and Past Trauma Memories have left the building and they are no longer manifested in our lives. Even if we wanted to, they are no longer accessible.
This 12 step program compels us to let go of the old self completely, not just the younger aspect, not just the memory but we let go of ourselves up to this morning. We learn to live our new lives solely in these 24 hours.
When we retire at night, we thank God for these 24 hours and the work he gave us for today, knowing he will never give us more than we can handle; knowing that our best, even if it fall short, is good enough. We have a much needed grateful conversation with him, we outline what we got done and what was left undone and we thank him for watching over us. We then embrace peaceful sleep. We know on awakening, when we get down on our knees and have our morning conversaation, he will give us whatever he feels is our purpose for that day. It might include what wasn’t completed yesterday, it will hold amends and restitution we must make, over carrying a burden not ours and how it affected others, it will include our duties to family, friends and work, but there will also be self care included.
On this new journey, God will never give us the past or another person’s
