About this ebook

Rachel is a college professor and usually hires some of her students to help her with spring cleaning around her house. The year she had Lena a cute girl from her class also on the swim team. Lena spends several days helping Rachel and when they are finished, they sit in Rachel’s living room and have a glass of wine and watch an old show they both like. Watching the show, the two get into an argument over the female lead and that she is too small to be the tough chick she plays on the screen.

Words go back in forth in good naturedly until Rachel makes it personal and soon the two girls are proving who is the strongest of the two. Though only in her late twenties, Rachel thinks Lena is too small to beat her in a fight. Rachel should have kept her mouth shut, because the younger girl easily lures the cocky professor into a contest that would surely end in humiliation for the loser. But with the adrenalin flowing, Rachel isn’t thinking rationally and before she knows it Lena has Rachel flat on her back pinned under her making her say and do the most humiliating things.

When the smoke clears, Lena has left, and Rachel sits on the floor in her front room licking her wounds and vowing to never let that happen again. She would never underestimate someone’s abilities by their size. It was her wakeup call and she turned to the Club Antiope, a women’s only gym to get her the strength to prevent anyone taking advantage of her again if she didn’t want them to. At the Club she builds her strength, and then learns all kinds of self-defense techniques, impressing the owner that offers Rachel a chance to put her humiliation behind her and never submit to anyone ever again.

    Chapter One

I had hired a young woman named Lena to do some chores around my house for a few days. She was one of my architectural students at City College and needed the money she earned to cover some of the costs of her studies by doing some deep cleaning and interior painting for me.

She was a lean gal, maybe 5’2 or 5’3 tall, 110lbs soaking wet, dark hair, dark eyes and she had on a black t-shirt that fit tightly over her smallish breasts so that the outline of her nipples showed. She also wore tight black leggings that accentuated the swell of her buttocks and her athletic thighs. She had a swimmer’s body.

She was a silent type; did not say very much and when she said something she did it with a very soft voice you could barely hear her speak; but she did her chores well. I loved watching her work with her lean flexible body. After she had done the last her chores, I invited her in the living-room for a glass of wine. We watched TV, we watched an episode of the series The Renegade, in which Shauna Sand was featured as the baddass chick, Lake Bradshaw: an always aggressive chick with sexy long hair, beautifully lithe athletic body. She wore tight tank tops and equally tight blue jeans around her round butt. In this episode there were two exciting scenes.

The first scene Lake was handcuffed to a bed in a motel-room and was beaten up with very hard punches to her stomach and on her face causing Lake to squirm and groan like hell.

The second scene where Lake took revenge by breaking free of her handcuffs. She began beating and kicking her opponent until she forced her to her knees and was forced to beg for mercy by Lake.

Although Lena said nothing, I could see the expression on her face that she was as excited about those scenes as much as I was. The second scene was not very realistic in my opinion, because Lake’s opponent was much bigger than Lake herself; so it was very unlikely that she would lose the fight with Lake that easily.

I mentioned this to Lena and added, "For instance, you’d have
