Art enjoys the outdoors, gardening and watching various sports; together they raise thoroughbred horses. His background was in Social Work and hers in Nursing. Art & Debbie work together in deliverance and inner healing ministry. Woods felt the call of God shortly after he accepted Jesus as his Savior as a grown man. He identifies as a Born-Again, Spirit-Filled Christian. The Woods have pastored several churches/fellowships since 2000 in Colorado and North Dakota.

INTRODUCTION

Let me start by saying that the DEVIL is a liar. (John 8:44): When he speaks a lie, he speaks of his own: for he is a liar and the father of it. Would you agree that this is true? First, we must agree that there is a Devil, right? The Bible tells us that Satan rebelled against God and was thrown out of heaven. Notice the word rebelled. The Devil’s way is rebellion against God. It always has been and always will be. His nature cannot and will not change.

If you haven’t figured it out, I am writing from a Christian standpoint. My reference and foundation is the Bible and what it teaches. (2 Timothy 3:16-17):  All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, or correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works. This is the perspective of truth that I will bring forth of my effort to portray God’s view as it relates to homosexuality, bisexuality, transgender and other gender-related issues.

Homosexuality specifically is identified as a perversion in the Bible. See the attached appendix for some scriptures supporting this.

This subject has become a very heated subject in our society. Recent years has even brought about legislation that has legalized gay marriage. Political parties, families and coworkers have fought many a passionate argument battles over this subject.

The Bible tells us that God created male and female. (Gen. 1:27):  So, God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him: male and female. (Genesis 2:24) says: Therefore, shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his WIFE:  and they shall be one flesh. This is telling me that marriage is between a man and a woman.
