About this ebook
My 4 Balanced Emotions is a unique book that is written to explore the four basic feelings determining our success and failures in life. These emotions are Faith, Fear, Love and Jealous, and since they represent a person's internal state of being or an unconscious respond to a situation, understanding their nature and how to effectively balance them is of utmost importance.
Faith and love are the two most powerful positive emotions while fear and jealous are negatively powerful. By balancing these emotions perfectly, a person can live in heaven on earth, and a poor balance particularly through ignorance can open up a hell portal directly into his/her life.
To create heaven, one must choose to encourage faith and love while at the same time obtaining courage from real fears and healthy jealous. Deliberate thoughts and emotions must be planted inside one's subconscious mind because it is the center of our actions. In the subconscious, all thoughts negative or positive are going to be acted upon to create their physical equivalence, thus making it the center of our actions.
The subconscious mind is also the connecting link between the finite mind and the infinite intelligence where all things are possible, and if it is not programmed with the goal you want, it will act on thoughts and emotions it receives by default. The problem however with this setting is that we are all continually bombarded by negative thoughts and emotions from our external environments which if neglected will unfortunately gain the power to control us. Though the process can be reversed, it would just be much difficult to overcome negative emotions once they control the subconscious.
Thoughts and emotions also have a magnetic force of attraction to each other, and emotionless thoughts no matter how good they are will never affect the subconscious mind. This simply means that if your subconscious is ruled by fear and jealous, more negative emotions will be invited from the ether, and if it is ruled by faith and love, emotions like sex, hope and desire will also be invited. Programing one's mind is a daily process, and in this book we are going to help you identify and control thoughts mixed with Fear and Jealous from influencing your subconscious garden.
Individuals who are largely driven by positive thoughts and emotions are said to have great minds. These people are generally successful, happy and have got the abundance mentality. They are not afraid of taking well calculated risks and this is the reason why they attract extraordinary opportunities. Because of their willingness to learn, improve and get motivation from healthy jealous, such people will never get bored with life. Eleanor Roosevelt said, "Great minds discuss ideas, average minds discuss events and small minds discuss people". Therefore, if you want to succeed faster, try to connect with great minds and avoid small minded people. Unhealthy jealous, unhealthy love and imaginary fear must be avoided at all cost because these emotions are extremely dangerous.
After reading this book, you must be able to identify some major real fears and act on them before they turn into imaginary state.

My 4 Balanced Emotions. - Makomborero Chingomah
Prologue
What Is an Emotion?
An Emotion is a person’s internal state of being or an unconscious response to a situation, based on physical state and sensory data.
––––––––
What Is a Balanced Diet?
A balanced diet is a diet that contains different kinds of foods in the correct quantity and proportion for a healthy body. Having a balanced diet simply means building up a strong body that is powerful enough to fight diseases.
While a balanced diet is good for our physical wellbeing, leading a happy and successful life requires a balanced personality based on these 4 emotions: Faith, Fear, Love and Jealous. These emotions are the foundation of all the good and bad things that happen in both your life and the world around you.
Faith and Love are the two most powerful positive emotions while Fear and Jealousy are negatively powerful.
All human beings are naturally born with a single seed of each of these 4 emotions, and in order for them to grow, they must be mixed with thoughts (water).
––––––––
Emotional thoughts have got the capacity to reach and influence our subconscious mind which in fact is the center of our actions. In the subconscious, every thought, positive or negative is going to be acted upon to create its physical equivalence. When your thoughts are mixed with positive emotions, you will receive positive results and when they’re mixed with negative emotions, you will receive negative results.
During the growth process from infancy, a lot of people are continuously bombarded by negative thoughts and emotions, and for them to achieve greatness, they must choose to mix their thoughts with faith and love or thought mixed with fear and jealousy will unceasingly influence them.
If thoughts mixed with positive emotions successfully influenced your subconscious mind, more similar thoughts and emotions will be invited from the ether; and if your thoughts are negatively emotional, the opposite is true.
Preventing thoughts mixed with fear and jealous from reaching your subconscious mind is like maintaining a garden. First you must acknowledge and accept that their seeds exist in you and no matter how hard you try, you cannot succeed in removing them completely. A gardener despite the effort can never succeed in stopping grass and weeds from growing inside the garden. However, he can invent tools and chemicals to control their growth while enriching the intended crops with fertilizer.
In the same way we understand this concept in the plant world, every human being has a natural duty to control the growth of fear and jealous while promoting the development of faith and love in his/her subconscious mind. To avoid stress in life, positive and negative emotions must never be allowed to grow together simultaneously. Ask yourself, would there be any meaningful harvest if a farmer allows grass and weeds to grow together with the intended crops?
Since a farmer has physical tools and chemicals to control grass and weeds, this book is going to provide you with some skills and knowledge to discourage negative emotions while at the same time encouraging the good growth of positive emotions.
Conscious and Subconscious Mind
We all have two minds in our brain:
Conscious Mind.
The conscious mind is the master of our subconscious mind. It receives thoughts impulses from the ether, analyze them and determine their gateway through. All emotional thoughts, positive or negative are going to be sawn by the conscious into the subconscious mind. Emotionless thoughts no matter how good they are, are not going to be allowed to enter the subconscious mind because in this powerful mind logic or reason do not mean anything. The conscious mind is the gardener while the subconscious mind is the garden.
It is possible to control one’s thoughts in the conscious mind because in this part of the brain, he/she can be aware of them, and it is this ability to think about our own thoughts that distinguishes us from animals. A man can deliberately choose what kind of thoughts he would like to plant by adding emotions to them and what kind of thoughts he would like to reject by deleting them.
We are all continuously bombarded by various kinds of thoughts and emotions in our everyday existence, however most of these thoughts are negative, and it is how we choose to handle them that defines our character. To positively maintain the garden, one’s conscious mind must be at all times filled with positive knowledge and wisdom.
Our responsive mind must never be allowed to plant harmful thoughts and emotions through neglect, but instead, one must deliberately plant positive thoughts and emotions that align with his/her own desires. Thoughts that correspond with our desires and imaginations are going to be strongly emotionalized, while those which do not are going to be thrown away.
Another important thing to understand about the conscious mind is that, all thoughts and emotions that are similar to the one already in control of the subconscious are going to be automatically planted without reason.
Subconscious Mind.
The subconscious mind is a garden of thoughts and emotions. It has a side of consciousness that stores memory, and can produce a physical equivalence of all emotional thoughts dominating it.
This unique part of the brain does not distinguish between negative and positive or between a penny and a million dollars, it doesn’t know what’s real or imaginary, and this is the reason why some people cry after watching an emotional movie, even though they clearly know that the scenes they are watching aren’t real.
Just like any physical garden, one must always plant chosen thoughts and emotions into his/her subconscious mind because if no deliberate thoughts are sawn, it will always act on those it receives by default.
Thoughts and emotions dominating the subconscious mind have got a tendency of attracting more of their kind from the ether.
