The birth of a book
Nature around us provides remedies for body and mind, balancing and empowering us mentally and physically. Throughout my decades of work as a Holistic Therapist, I have come to realize that the connection to nature and the use of natural remedies can materially help us improve our lives.
I first encountered Dr Bach’s flower remedies over 30 years ago and discovered that treatment via these remedies is soothing and supports physical and mental recovery, affecting humans and animals alike in the most remarkable ways.
The use of the enormous healing properties inherent in simple flowers helps us to balance and improve our lives physically and mentally. The flower remedies can be used as treatments in themselves, or as supplements for other healing methods.
I’ve treated and taught thousands of people how to treat themselves, their children and their pets with Bach Flower Remedies. Infants, children and adolescents tend to respond quickly to these remedies and, having specialized over the years in the treatment of children in varying circumstances, I’m glad to share my knowledge of these unique methods in order to help children of all ages.
Bach Flower Remedies are suitable for any life situation and have proved particularly effective as a supplementary treatment for children and adolescents who suffer from problems such as: fear and anxiety, attention-deficit disorder (ADHD), eating disorders and social difficulties stemming from the Covid-19 epidemic, etc.

Bach Flower Remedies are sold all over the world and are considered a supplement, not medication. They can be purchased in the relevant stores and used simply and quickly.
This book offers simple, practical methods for all to use and shows how to enjoy all the inherent healing possibilities of these remedies to improve our health and enable us to lead good, happy and balanced lives.

Introduction
What are Bach Flower Remedies?
Bach Flower Remedies consist of 38 flower remedies created by Dr Edward Bach, a British doctor who lived in England between the years 1886 and 1936, and who specialized in medicine, bacteriology and homeopathy. Dr Bach studied the human mind and ways of healing physical and mental illnesses. In 1930, he discovered and created a new method of treatment, using energetic remedies from flowers for the purpose of achieving balance and physical and mental wellbeing. His most famous compound, created to address acute problems and trauma, is called Rescue Remedy. Bach Flower Remedies are considered a food supplement and sold over the counter, without the need for a prescription in all countries. They are considered a gentle, safe remedy for people and animals of any age.
Dr Bach believed that body and mind were connected and that physical and mental illness derived from oppressive emotions, internal conflict or unresolved life issues. His basic assumption was that the human body was full of life energy and was striving to heal; when the appropriate flower remedies were administered, the body was able to achieve emotional balance and heal itself physically and mentally. He suggested looking for the person’s mental conflict and then administering the Bach Flower Remedy that would best treat these conflicts, thus helping that person overcome their difficulties, boosting and balancing their life energy, which would help them recover.
After Dr Bach’s death, his followers established a world Bach Flower Remedy Centre at his home, Mount Vernon, in Oxfordsire, UK.

The method of producing Bach Flower Remedies is based on transferring the energy of the flower to water. At the end of the process, brandy is added to preserve the remedy over time.
Over the years, many have claimed that the technique of transferring energy to water is not scientific. However, in 1994, Dr Masaru Emoto began
