All seemed ready for what was about to come.
The abandoned house was just a few blocks away, and they all knew the legends about it: stories of mysterious lights in the windows, strange noises, and furniture that moved by itself. But these were just stories, and the three of them were determined to find out the truth. The house loomed before them, a dark and imposing structure.
