The entire world is full of all sorts of problems ranging from financial, marital, spiritual; physical in terms of sickness and disabilities, psychological and so on. Perhaps, this explains why people often run from pillar to post seeking 

deliverance from such problems.

Sometimes, they find the solutions. At other times, they move round in a vicious circle of frustration. It is often so bad that many people just wonder if such people can ever get out of such afflictions. But they actually can if they get to the root of the problem and apply the appropriate measures.

Basic Hints to Deliverance is an attempt to solve spiritual problem that are particularly relevant to Africa where the root cause of problems in families are traceable to ancestors who ignorantly worshipped the devil, and covenanted both their children and their fortunes to the devil. But thank God, there is deliverance and healing in Jesus Mighty Name, Amen.

Chapter 1 - Back To the Basics

Introduction

A young girl was lying down on the couch in a sitting-room. Everyone, including her parents were there. All of a sudden, she screamed, ‘daddy, I am seeing the devil'. Probably out of fright, she jumped up, fell down and died. In another case, a man had suffered so many afflictions. Desperate to get to the root of the problem, he evacuated his family to a safe place. Armed with a well sharpened cutlass, he went through the length and breadth of his house searching for the demons afflicting him and his family. His aim - to kill the demons. Of course, he went through the house for many days yet he did not see any demon. Rather, his afflictions multiplied.

A young lady had come of age yet no suitors were showing up. This was in spite of having all it takes - (a good education, good physique, a good job coupled with the fact that she was a committed Christian). In addition, she had fasted and prayed about this issue for about eight years, yet no suitor was in sight. She then came to me and expressed her frustrations querying what her problem was. Sometimes, it happens to even those who are not believers. For instance, some people come into sudden wealth by miraculous intervention. But have you ever wondered why such people lose the wealth in sudden inexplicable circumstance? Could it be that such people have no common sense to retain the wealth? Certainly not for the reality is that there is an unseen force at work.

Beloved, there is the need to investigate your background and so be informed about the spiritual history of your family. It is true that a great majority of people have never bothered to ask meaningful questions about their lineage. Let me counsel as many as there are in this category to quickly do so. This is because it is extremely crucial for anyone to be informed of his' family's spiritual history, more importantly now that we are in the last days where there is increasing satanic activities. Besides, a Yoruba saying cautions that if the household death does not kill one, then it will be extremely difficult for the one from outside to do so. The implication of this saying is that of
