The Supreme Court of Heaven is in session NOW.
The Judge is God.
The Defendant is God (Messiah Jesus).
The Plaintiff is Satan.
The Witnesses are the people (on earth).
God established the Supreme Court of Heaven after the creation of the heavens and the earth. He established it, because he had created beings both in heaven and on earth that had freewill. When their freewill would lead them against his will, then he would need to use this court to judge them. Either angels or people, all would have to face the judgment of God. No creature has power to escape God's judgment in heaven.
In some cases compiled in this book, God appears in the court as the Defendant, because even his creation is allowed to file cases against him.
So, if God is the Defendant, in some cases, then who is the Judge?
God himself is the Judge. He is a perfect God such that he is able to preside as the Judge and the Defendant of the same case. He can pass a judgment against himself and also sentence himself! The cursed tree is a proof of that.

Preface
Welcome to the Supreme Court of Heaven. You will learn a lot in cases from the archives of this court. You will also learn from pending cases.
To clearly understand cases of the Court of God, please bear in mind the following things:
1. Cases take a very long time in heaven: some even take many years according to earthly timing.
2. In most cases the witnesses are on earth.
3. There may be more than one appeal for each case.
4. Note: The Introduction is the same for all volumes. You may skip it if you have read the other volumes. It was put for those who are new in the series.
INTRODUCTION
After the creation of the heavens and the earth, it was mandatory for God to establish the Supreme Court in heaven. He had created beings, both in heaven and on earth with a freewill. If their freewill would lead them against His will, then He could use that court to judge them.
That court of the Living God is the only court in heaven; there is neither a higher court nor a lower court. There is the Supreme Court only.
Why?
Because there is only one judge, God Himself. Because sins are the same in the eyes of God; there is no small sin to deserve a lower court and there is no big sin to deserve a higher court.
In His court, God judges His creation with His Word. That means all He speaks is law. Those who are in heaven and on earth have to live according to all He ever said, or face judgment. That is where the Bible fits in for those who are on earth.
As you will see in the cases compiled in this volume, because of His perfect and just nature, God is able to preside as the Judge and the Defendant of the same case, or as the Judge and the Plaintiff of the same case, and be able to judge fairly.
He is perfect such that He is able to pass a judgment against Himself and also sentence Himself! The cross is a result of that just character of God.
In the beginning, God created evil in heaven, so that even heavenly beings could have a choice to follow God or evil. If there was no evil at their disposal, they would not have power to sin. That implies that even Lucifer was deceived by evil (Ezekiel 28: 15-16), just as Adam was deceived (Genesis 3: 1-7). But both had to be judged, because they had a choice to shun or embrace evil.
On earth, He planted the tree of the knowledge of good and evil (Genesis 2:9) for Adam to eat or avoid.
Why would God trap His own creation?
He never wanted robots that would follow Him because they did not have a choice. Instead, He wanted children both in heaven and on earth who would love Him with all of their hearts, minds and bodies voluntarily.
In heaven, when evil was found in the Cherub Lucifer (Ezekiel 28: 15), the Supreme Court of God had to assemble for the first time, and Lucifer was judged and cast out of heaven. He was thrown to the earth.
However, before he was cast out, he was able to deceive a third of the angels of God (Revelation 12: 3-4). After they were judged, they were also cast out of heaven with him (Revelations 12: 7).
On earth, when man sinned, again the Supreme Court of Heaven had to assemble for judging man, woman and the serpent (see case 777-1000(1) of Volume 1).
However, soon after Satan discovered that it was possible for man to be saved from eternal destruction, he started making the Supreme Court of Heaven very busy. He accuses the saints in the court of the Lord, day and night (Revelations 12: 10).
He files summonses against the saints of God in the Supreme Court without ceasing, for he knows he has very little time (Revelation 12: 12).
