This book is to help the reader produce life changes. With in it is some of the ideas that is to determine what you say to change your life in a way that will yield better mental and emotional function .Your brain controls your mental and emotional state. As you read this book you will learn how your brain operates to produce the mental and emotional states necessary for optimal functioning. In essence the words you speak have a profound effect on how you live your life. This book is written to examine the relationship between beliefs and what you say. The ideas that we say and hear affect what we believe. Therefore it is important to learn how to expose the brain to help the ideas that support good mental health. 

Often times we let others dictate how see ourselves. When we let others give us a negative appraisal, are brains will interpret these messages in the way they are meant to be given. But we can learn how to counter act unwanted messages. Our brains listen to us just as much as it listens to others. Such that, we can control what are brain interprets. This process is easier than what it may seem. It takes mere practice, with appropriate content done consistently to produce the desired affect. In doing so we can over come fear and doubt, while increasing confidence and approving self esteem. Believing can be produced with repetition. Consequentially, we can "brain wash" ourselves into believing what is best for us.
