Sometime ago on of the first rated banks in the country advertised to fill some vacant post in her company; over seven hundred and fifty thousand unemployed graduates applied, for this their one thousand vacant post. The rate at which our higher institutions are turning out graduates is alarming. Every year hundred of thousand of Nigerian youth are entering into the already saturated market. It is discovered presently that millions of Nigerian graduates are roaming the streets of major cities of the countries (Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt and Kano). From history, we discover that, one of the problems that our colonial masters our students to seek for white collar job. In reality, our schools and higher institution should be breeding grounds for creators of jobs, where young minds should be  equipped, empowered and package to make a difference in our world.

Nations that depends on natural resources are the poorest in the world. The greatest asset that any country can have is the minds of her people. National resources will never replace the use of our minds. It is high time to take charge of your financial future by taking responsibilities for your life now. Don’t wait until the government will create job for you. Necessity is the first step to invention. Don’t follow an already made path create a new path let others follow you. God has loaded you with the needed resource
