As said in the introduction family and love is married together to fit into the family’s chronicle of love and hate.

It should however be noted that we have different types and settings of family so the author has decided to section the poems whilst still intermingled with love and the other complexity that forms a family.

Examples of such complexity despite the love that binds the family together in this book of poetry includes topics like Roots, Your Story, What is a family to you, Love of fire, Chemistry of love, Hatred, Where are the fathers?, The spirit of a mother, A Mother, Divorce, Divorce: A matter of the heart, Sex, like the game of chess and other issues of relationships. This is to portray, picture and mirror the reality of life in real time so you are not only entertained but empowered with information and with the knowledge of action for change.

As this book is Christian based, faith it is cemented throughout to continue to support Christian ethics and values in a physical and spiritual dimension for change. It is therefore not against any man but if and only to be able to share, debate, open up the eyes, heart and soul for the importance of living holistically well within the family unit despite a damaged and damaging world.

And as Love is the foundation that holds a family together the author has presented its importance in different ways. Not to forget the opposing force that fights it on an ongoing basis to destroy it. How we can use all the resources we are endowed with and the Almighty God to fight it to win and not giving up.
