    The domain of experiences or practices that are related to the desire of deeper meaning, purpose, and connection with something bigger than ourselves is sometimes referred to as the realm of spirituality. It could be a divine being, a natural force, a collective consciousness, or even just a person's own unique interpretation of reality, but it is something that exists beyond of the constraints of the material world. A variety of practices—including meditation, prayer, ritual, art, music, nature, community, or therapy—that encourage a sense of inner peace, harmony, and awareness might be included in the realm of spirituality. The inner essence of spirituality, which is characterized by virtues such as love, compassion, gratitude, forgiveness, acceptance, and awareness, is what characterizes spirituality. Spirituality is not defined by its external form or substance. Individuals who possess these attributes are able to acquire a better awareness of themselves as well as others, overcome the constraints of ego and fear, and access their own inner wisdom and creativity.
