A wife and mother of three children. I am from Caldwell, ID, but live in Parma, ID. I have an associate's degree in Medical Specialties, but writing has always been my passion. I really wanted to write this book in the engagement of helping people who need to hear God's words. I have gone through my own living testimony and would love to share my poetry with you whether you are going through an addiction, depression, abuse, etc. I talk about it all and have gone through some tough battles. Anniversary

Five years in

Feels like our life has just started to begin

Three kids in the making

Still, you spin me around with words that are so breathtaking

Cliche, true love never fades

We adventure off to the cabins up in Cascade

With this moment in time

I can not believe my heart has climbed, to the top of its prime

Feeling as free as a dove

With all the toxicity removed and disposed of

Making room for our love, places in our home

Where our children can grow and roam

Days and nights turn over

Still, our love continues to be rare like a four-leaf clover

Timeless memories of what we have done

Carries on for more moments of limitless fun

Love that differs from the past

Shoots harder for a blast that will last

I can not wait for the days

When the kids will be able to say,

"My parents are hopes and goals

To ever love each other so great with their souls

Achieving a purpose together

They went after dreams and molded a foundation

Even with the Idaho weather

They are stuck on a track like a train station"

God truly made us love

For we fit perfectly together like a glove

Things are meant for a reason

Our hearts beat in unity and cohesion

Beauty

Broken heart buried into the ground

Born into a world where you can never be found

Nothing is ever good enough

Wound after wound

You lose sight of the person you once knew

Staying tough is what you try

But, looking in the mirror brings tears to your eyes

Changing your hair

Trying to keep up with what to wear

Makeup for days

Because beauty is highly praised

Depressed with self-conscious doubt

Stuck behind a brick wall with no way out

Looking at the sky

Asking God why

When everyone else seems like there perfect

And your feening for happiness like a drug addict

Day after day sadness comes back like cancer

Until one day you break and are given answers

Lifted with a voice in your head

Walk up from defeat

For your pain is finally
