Introduction
One moment can change a day. One day can change a life. One life can change the world.
- Buddha
Happiness is what each one of us has been searching for since eternity. Happiness is what we strive for every moment of our life. Whatever we do knowingly or unknowingly, it is for happiness. We laugh because we are happy. We cry because we want happiness. However, the million-dollar question is- what is happiness and how do we attain it? Is there something like lesser happiness or higher happiness (true or divine or perfect happiness)? We will go through that in this book. Throughout this book, I will be using true or divine happiness interchangeably for higher happiness. I will be using the scriptural evidences as well as my own life experiences and the knowledge I attained during my journey on this path.
