The Super Productive Leader - Samuel Rosario
THIS IS MY STORY
IN MY EARLY TWENTIES, I was promoted to a supervisory position due to my dedication and hard work at a financial institution.
Coming from a family with a strong work ethic, I was skilled at following orders and instructions.
At that time, I trusted my memory a lot and would memorize everything and do it just from my head.
However, when I was given the role of supervising others, assisting clients, delivering urgent reports, signing documents, attending urgent meetings, and completing projects all at the same time.
I was overwhelmed!
I had no knowledge of time management or productivity and relied on my memory to get everything done.
As a result, I became overwhelmed, and my temper changed. I was constantly concerned and worked late into the evening, sometimes even arriving at the office at 6:30 AM and not leaving until 9:00-10:00 PM.
I was getting crazy, and people could notice. My face was emaciated and my temper changing from that cool – enthusiastic guy I used to be.
Now, I wouldn’t smile much and was just concerned all day.
Fortunately (or unfortunately) I have some pictures of me back then, let me show:

EVENTUALLY, I WAS REMOVED from the supervisory position because the job exceeded my abilities.
I was then assigned to a lower position, but still performed some of the tasks from my previous role.
Desperate and defeated, I sought help from a psychologist, who introduced me to the concepts of time management and organization through the use of a to-do list.
Despite my business education and passion for learning, I had never encountered these ideas before.
Determined to improve my time management skills, I devoted myself to learning about the topic through courses and books by various authors.
Brian Tracy, David Allen, Jim Rohn, Camilo Cruz, Brendon Burchard, Stephen Covey, Mike Michalowicz, Margarita Pasos, Peter Drucker, Verne Harnish, Robin Sharma, Tim Ferris, John Maxwell, Dan Lok, Anik Singal, Tony Robbins and even Dwight Eisenhower, Benjamin Franklin, or Epictetus.
You name it, anybody who in some form said something about ‘’Time Management’ or ‘’Productivity’ I was there, either reading their books, taking their courses, or both.
And even to this point I keep reading, researching, and learning more and more about this fascinating topic.
In 2016, I became the General Manager of a large non-profit organization in the Dominican Republic, leading over 240 employees and volunteers and completing over 400 successful projects.
In 2018, I started building my company, Time Booster Academy, to help other leaders, executives, and CEOs master their time.
In 2019, I launched my program and have since worked with over 400 clients to increase their productivity and organization.
I have been referred to as the Time Doctor
by some of my clients.
All of the advice I give is based on my own experience and execution. I will never recommend something that I have not personally tried and tested.
Now, let’s start detailing our tactics and strategies here.
WHAT IS A SUPER PRODUCTIVE LEADER?
A SUPER PRODUCTIVE Leader (SPL) is in charge of his/her life. This is not a slave to the day-to-day mentality.
This is someone who is ahead of time and performs at a higher level than their peers.

The team members of a Super Productive Leader work at a high level of peace, focus and concentration.
This is because the SPL understands how to assign the right thing, to the right person, at the right time and in the right portion.
A SPL is not stuck in just a ‘’To-do List’. SPLs have a solid structure coming from a yearly planning, quarterly planning, and weekly planning.
SPLs are amazing family people. They don’t just say it like everybody else, they show it in their lifestyle that their family is first.
An SPL gets ahead of things before they happen. This is a person who is enjoying a fulfilling and passionate life because they understand how Structure brings Freedom.
Emergencies are very uncommon in the lives of SPLs. Since mostly, emergencies are things that were not taken care of in time. With the structure the SPLs have, they are able to see and prevent things before they happen.
SPLs travel regularly, because they understand how supercharging it is for their productivity The Power of Vacation.
A SPL is a really happy person. Not in a ‘’woo-woo’’ way, but for real, he/she is a person living a fulfilling and joyful
