Jim’s doctorate from Western Michigan University, MBA from the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota, and certification from Harvard University Institute for the Management of Lifelong Education provide the educational framework for his recognition as an expert in the field of communication. Jim Haviland’s pioneering work in the dynamics of organizational communication is widely recognized.
