Welcome to the Muscle Mass Madness eBook where I will be showing you how to gain muscle mass rapidly within a small period. I myself have been a personal trainer for half a decade and an athlete who sprints 100m in under 11s for 5 years now. Along with this I have over a decade of martial arts experience, training and competitions competing all over the UK. Within my time of personal training the most common two goals from clients I work with are increasing muscle mass and weight loss. These two goals tend to go hand in hand with each other, sometimes varying how it is done and done correctly. By the end of this eBook, you will have the knowledge to gain more muscle mass becoming stronger as well as looking bigger too.
Due to training and competing in different sports and martial arts I have learnt different methods of training for performance over the years. From making weight to compete and fight or training to increase performance.
