Prologue

The original idea had been suggested by men, the kind of men that could only get a hot young babe if they paid. What they wanted to make law had shocked, and the first time it had been presented the bill had been rejected out of hand. But things change swiftly in politics and it was a woman who championed a new bill that was put before the house. The fact that the woman was the President almost guaranteed that it would pass into law, and indeed it did.

All women between the ages of eighteen and twenty five must surrender their bodies to anyone who asked. It was called the Free Use Law, and refusal to comply carried a ridiculously stiff penalty. Convicted murderers did less jail time than a girl who had said No.

Why had a woman signed away women’s rights?

First, the President was much older than twenty five so the law didn’t apply to her, and second, President Thompson was secretly a lesbian, and it appealed to her that she could legally take any one of the young girls in her office
