About this ebook
A book of poetry and creative writing about my younger years spent on the streets as a homeless teenager/young adult. This book is about survival, loneliness, and my real-life experiences. Homeless Personality is one of a series of chapbooks by the same author.

Writing is my way of coping with life. I'm a sister, mother, aunt, and daughter. My circle of friends is small, but with my dedicated heart; they receive a lot of love. I've been writing ever since I was a teenager. With a strong love of books, I grew up reading every chance I got. Luckily, growing up in a small farm town, I was allowed the quietness I crave while writing.I have began a series of chapter books, covering my life, motherhood, depression, self-hate; among other things.Please enjoy this book.

I GO BY NICHA
They call me a supermodel.
I sit alone on the dirty couch,
thin, starved, and frowning;
caught up in the chaos of noise and love.
I watch a girl kiss another.
It catches me by surprise.
I learned early on that
they resent my beauty,
they hate my integrity;
