This book is fabulous! It is packed full of amazing dog photos. It features a large variety of breeds and the photos are stunning. This is a must have for all "Dog People". I love looking through it and so do my children. No dog lover can resist picking this up and enjoying every puppy filled page <3

This coffee table book is a must for any dog lover (which I am). Pet photographer Amanda Jones sets her subjects free—photographing them out in the “wild.” Dogs are photographed in their natural element, enjoying life in the natural world. They run, jump, swim and dig in the sand. The photos are presented against the backdrop of four distinct seasons—each with its own color palette. There are no 'cute' or clever captions - each photo has simply the dog's name, breed and place photographed. I particularly appreciated how Ms. Jones was able to capture the movement of these dogs—I don’t think I have ever seen a photographer able to capture the physical movement of our canine friends so perfectly. A great Christmas/Holiday gift for your favorite dog lover. 4 out of 5 stars.

This is the sweetest coffee table dog book. It was fun seeing all these great pictures of dogs in the different seasons. Many people have stopped by my house and picked it up and enjoyed it as much as I did.

This is a beautiful book. There are four sections, one for each season and lots of charming photos. While there is a brief introduction written by the photographer to explain her concept for the book, the rest of the book is simply photos of different dogs in different natural environments across the US. I imagine this would be a delightful book for any dog lover!

I enjoyed looking through this book, especially with my almost 7 year old son that loves dogs! We definitely had a lot of laughs looking at the precocious pups playing! Thank you, Chronicle Books for the copy of this awesome book!

I really enjoyed this book! I can't see how anyone could look at these amazing pictures and not smile. It will definitely be on my coffee table for others to enjoy. I especially loved how the author splits the book into different seasons and how she labels the picture with the dogs name, breed and place of photograph. I especially loved Brandee in Boulder, CO during the Spring, SO beautiful! I received this book for free from Chronicle Books in exchange for an honest review. Thank you!

A picture book full of dogs, in all sorts of activities, all year round. As a dog lover and a photographer, I enjoyed the premise, and the execution. Nice "small" coffee table-type book.

I received this book through Librarything. Amanda Jones never fails to impress. This is a wonderful book filled with photos of dogs showing unbridled joy while outside enjoying the elements. This is the second book of Amanda Jones that I have been lucky enough to win. That being said, I wouldn't hesitate to buy any one of her books filled with her magical photography.
