    WALTER WOODWORTH4 (WOODWARD), THOMAS3 WOODWORTH, HUGH2 WOODWARD-WOODWORTH, RALPH1 WOODWARD) was born Monday, September 28, 1891 in Detroit, Wayne County, Michigan; and died Wednesday, August 4th of 1976 in Tacoma, Washington. She lived for over 85 years, and witnessed many marvelous things: from the horse and buggy days to a man landing on the moon.

    Tragedy occurred early in her life. When Florence was only 10 months old an epidemic of Cholera took the life of her mother. Details of her early years are contained under the Generation 12 Chapter, along with information on her family
