Hey there! With great joy and excitement, I present to you my labor of love, Supercharge Your Brilliance! The Modern Businesswoman’s Guide to Scaling Faster with AI. I wrote this book because of my deep passion for empowering women entrepreneurs. You deserve to work smarter and not harder in your business and use every advantage to succeed.

I understand what it feels like to start a business with limited resources and a lack of mentorship. When I embarked on the journey to launch my own company over a decade ago, I faced seemingly insurmountable challenges but persevered and succeeded. Now, 12+ years later, I’ve integrated artificial intelligence (AI) into many of my business practices, which has been a game-changer! But, I made a glaring observation as I began searching for entrepreneurs using AI in their companies. There were not a substantial number of women in the AI space!

Even as I watched countless YouTube videos and searched online for books and courses, it became clear that men dominate the AI space. The tech developers, AI companies, and self-proclaimed gurus were predominately men. This observation confirmed that I needed to jump into the AI space to help businesswomen avoid getting left behind while ensuring they’d become early adopters of this incredible technology. AI is about to become more mainstream, and the business world is on the cusp of using it to change their customers’ lives and how companies do business.

So now, I am paying it forward with my 5th book by helping other women in business shorten the learning curve with some fantastic business growth hacks. I want all entrepreneurs, especially my fellow businesswomen, to win, and I know that AI will play a significant role in making that happen. I’m convinced that AI will help level the playing field by allowing women entrepreneurs to scale their organizations faster. This book is my way of sharing this message with the world.

You see, I’m not new to embracing technology. I genuinely love technology and its ability to make our lives easier and scale our businesses faster. In fact, in 2013, I wrote and published a mini guide on Amazon titled 101 Tools to Take Your Startup or Solopreneur Business to the Next Level. It highlighted technology tools that can help entrepreneurs to grow. Then, in 2015 I partnered with Microsoft to launch a workshop series for entrepreneurs called Leveraging Technology to Grow Your Business. This workshop series showcased the power of technology tools and how to use them to achieve business growth. I scaled my company to four other countries and recruited, hired, and managed a team of individuals from five countries primarily because of the capabilities of technology. So, yes, I am a believer!

I am a proud Gen-X’er, so I grew up watching my parents play eight tracks and vinyl records and use rotary phones. I still remember using floppy discs, cassette tapes, VCRs, push-button phones, typing green letters on a black computer screen as a kid, and waiting an eternity to download a simple image using dial-up. In college, my first cell phone was a car phone because it could only be used in the car and had a battery pack the size of a Bible! Ahhh, the good ol’ days! So, just like I’ve ridden many waves of technological advancements, I’m riding the wave of AI into the future.

AI is the transformation we never knew we needed for our businesses. It’s revolutionary! AI aims to build machines that can think and act like humans but with as little need for human intervention as possible.
