This book is dedicated to God first—the Great Author—and to all drivers who are aware of the awesome responsibility of being safe on the road at all times. The sole purpose of this book is to help good drivers become more skilled and be aware that the road arena can be, and is many times, very dangerous. Knowing the possible dangers each time you get behind the wheel, your keeping safety first is the difference between Life and Death for you and everyone out there. Making already good drivers better and helping not so good drivers become good and much safer drivers is the main purpose.

Responsible people realize that driving is a privilege, not a right. Many people believe that because I am an American and old enough to drive, they are supposed to. They pass the test on paper and barely pass the drive test after the third try, and now they are experts. Danger, danger, danger! They passed the test by recall of what they failed on the last try. Folks, they didn’t study. They only practiced the drive part enough to stay between the lines, and to look responsible just to get that most coveted license. Reality check. They didn’t study, and they are on the road with you and me. So please be sober, be vigilant, because the driver next to you may not be safe or responsible.

Thank you for being safe. This is a refresher course for you. A check of your learned driving skills.
