About this ebook

This book is a testament of how the Lord has helped me and my family throughout our lives, providing for and helping us with the choices we make in our daily lives. The meaning of this book is very special. It outlines the details of how God has taken care of us. The colored, underlined, and capitalized words point out just how much God does care about us. I pray that whoever reads this book, finds that God is there for them, even though they may not think he is. I also pray that this will lead everyone that chooses to read this to a better relationship with God, as it has with me in writing it.

    —John 3:16

In this was manifested the love of God towards us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him.

    —1 John 4:9

Hereby perceive we the love of God, because he laid down his life for us.

    —1 John 3:16

Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitation for our sins.

My help cometh from the Lord, which made heaven and earth.

He will not suffer (allow) thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee will not slumber.

Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep.

The Lord thy keeper: the Lord is thy shade upon thy right hand.

The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the moon by night

The Lord shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore.

    —Psalms 121:1–8

For the Father himself loveth you, because ye have loved me, and have believed that I came out from God.

    —John 16:27

    —Psalms 32:8

They shall call his name Emmanuel, Which being interpreted is God with us.

    —Matthew 1:23

If God is with us, how can he not care about and love us so much that he sent his only begotten son to die on the cross to save us from our sins and to some day take us to heaven to be with him for one thousand years, and then live with us here on this earth recreated for eternity.

He knows every sparrow that falls from a tree. He knows exactly the number of hairs on everyone’s head. He knows when you are hungry, tired, upset, angry, etc. Jesus himself willingly came to this earth to be born and to die.

The more I write my book, the more I see that God has been there all the time, watching over me and helping me make my choices in life.

He lovingly guides us, shows us what choices we have, then allows us to make our choices in life. Even when I mess up by making the wrong choices, God has a bazillion ways to help me by working things out when my choices turns out to be wrong.

And if you would look at your past, you too can see that God has been there for you too! You have to do this with much prayer and soul-searching.

The words almighty, awesome, Father, and Abba should only be applied to God and God alone!

And I try my best to remember this in my thinking and talking.

People believe God doesn’t answer prayers, but he does. Sometimes he says yes and other times the answer is no. If the answer is no, perhaps you need to rethink what you are asking for with much prayer.

Prayer has played a major role in my life.

I don’t pray all the time on my knees with my eyes closed because I would be spending so much time on my knees.

Because the Bible teaches us that we are to pray without ceasing. first Thessalonians 5:17, this means you offer up prayers all day long for guidance no matter what you are doing to find out what he wants us to do in and with our lives without getting on your knees, but no matter how busy your life gets, be sure to set some time aside to be on your knees!

There is only one major group of people in this world, that are spilt up into two groups of people that I really want to reach with this book, one group are those who are Seventh-day Adventists, who will basically agree with me, and those people who are not, but are just as important as everyone else because God loves everyone! And God watches over everyone, all the time, believe it or not!

Love the Lord with all your heart, soul, mind, spirit, thought, and will.

I want to take this place and time to apologize to everyone I have wronged in any way. I am very sorry for what I have done or said to you.

    Chapter Two

    My Praise to God

I will extol thee, my God, O king; and I will bless thy name for ever and ever.

Every day will I bless thee; and I will praise thy name for ever and ever.

Great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised; and your greatness is unsearchable.

One generation shall praise thy works to another, and shall declare thy mighty acts.

I will speak of the glorious honour of thy majesty, and of thy wondrous works.

and men shall speak of the might of thy terrible acts: and I will declare thy greatness.

They [I] shall abundantly utter the memory of thy great goodness, and shall sing of thy righteousness.

The Lord is gracious, and full of compassion; slow to anger, and of great mercy.

The Lord is good to all: and his tender mercies are over all his works.

All thy works shall praise thee, O Lord; [I]and thy saints shall bless thee.

    They [I[shall speak of the glory of thy kingdom, and talk of thy power;

To make known to the sons of men (your) mighty acts, and the glorious Majesty of [your] kingdom.

Thy kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and thy dominion endureth throughout all generations.

The Lord uphold all that fall, and raiseth up all those that be bowed down.

The eyes of all wait upon thee; and thou givest them their [me, my]meat [food] in due season.

Thou openest thine hand, and satisfies the desire of every living thing.

The Lord is righteous in all his ways, and holy in all his works.

The Lord is nigh unto all them that call upon him, to all that call upon him in truth.

He will fulfil the desire of them that fear him: he also will hear their cry, and will save them.

The Lord preserveth all them that love him: but all the wicked will he destroy.

My mouth shall speak the praise of the Lord: and let all flesh bless his holy name for ever and ever.

    —Psalms 145

These verses are taken from the King James Version of the Bible. It is the only version that I will use to study in.

    Chapter Three

    My Psalm

Hear my prayer, O Lord, give ear to my supplications. In thy faithfulness, answer me.

Lord prepare me to be a sanctuary. Make me ever true with thanksgiving, pure and holy, tried and true.

And in this End Times, help me to be perfect as you would have me to be according to thy will and way forever.

Change my heart that I may be like you. Mold me and make me.

Help me to love even my enemies and help me to forgive anyone who I think has done me wrong.

For our trials only strengthens us in times of troubles.

Change my thought so that I will think only as you would have me think.

Let my light shine before the world.

Let me be a beacon of light for you here on earth, O Lord, my God, always in your presence, everywhere I go that it may be pleasing to you.

So that the Gospel may be preached and Jesus can come again.

I know now who holds my hand.

That is where I long to be!

Because I am made strong in Jesus Christ in times of trouble!

Let me walk beside you and talk to you and listen to your every word and obey you with all my heart, mind, and soul.

Be my everything, for I hunger after thy word, will, and way. My soul needs you at all time for I cannot live without you in my life.

May God bless and keep you and watch over you till he comes again.

    Chapter Five

    Worship Time

My worship time is the most wonderful time of the day.

My worship time is any time of the day. My worship time is all day long, seven days a week.

I am not always on my knees with my hands together, with my fingers folded over, and my eyes closed because we are to pray without ceasing, always in constant communication with God. Always asking God what he thinks is best for our lives.

My worship time consists of me praying for understanding of God’s word the Bible first, then reading my Bible, watching the hope channel, singing songs that are God-related and reading our church books written by Ellen White and other Adventists.

    My Prayer Time

Asking and thanking God for what I need and what I receive from him, giving God the glory, praise and honor for what he had done for me. It also includes a feeling of hope and the feeling of having his arms around me.

It is talking to God about things going on in my life and my choices in life, and which ones I should make. It is only in this time that I can be really assured that I am a child of God.

It is just taking time to talk to God every second of the day, to have God guiding my thoughts for me to be in tune with him to see what he thinks is best for me. He made my body so I believe that God has the right to inform me of what is best for me and my body.

Sabbaths (Saturdays) is the very best time for me. I love to spend time with God because he tells me that I am worthy of his love for me. In reading the Bible (your word), I can know the truth about everything that is going on in the world around me. I start my days from sunset to sunset as set forth in the Bible. I go to Church on Saturday. This is my/our Sabbath.

Every breath I take comes from my Lord, God.

It is time that I spend with God in prayer with me being thankful for not only to others who have helped me in some way, but also to be thankful to God for everything that God has done for me.

It is time that I can pray for those that need to find the trinity: God the Father; God the Son, Jesus; and God the Holy Spirit.

To pray for those who are sick or having problems in their life, whether it be need of money to help pay for their bills, healing, patience, for them to feel and know that God really does love them and cares for them, and the understanding of God’s word, the holy Bible, food, or money to buy food.

I can pray for ways to help other people and to
