Real Love Still Exists - Connie S. Echols
New Love
Lord, You are the love that sustains all
With it I will never fall
You are the most wonderful being I know
I pray that our love continues to grow
Strengthened by Your mercies from above
I’m more than grateful for Your love
More each day my love for You runs so deep
It’s beyond the norm, so forever I will keep
Your love flows intensely through my soul
It starts from my head, then oozes to my toes
It’s a feeling I’ve never felt before
Day after day I want it more and more
My heart races when I think of Your goodness
With tenderness and warmth, my heart undresses
For the love You have given me to hold so close
It leads me to embrace Your spiritual comatose
Your love brings tears to my eyes,
But to You it’s no surprise
You gave me this love and I’ll keep it always
Thank you, my Lord, You deserve all the honor and the praise
Safe in His Arms
He is my rock, my source, and my strength
His Power dwells within me and has no length
He is a love that has reached my soul
And now with Him, I will forever grow old
Safe in His arms I will always remain
Jesus Christ, my love, oh how I’ll never be the same
For, He has caressed my heart with a lasting passion
And, the tenderness of His hand moves in every direction
To wipe away the dinginess of my heart
While comforting and giving me a brand-new start
Safe in His arms is where I’m dying to be
Because His Grace and Mercy have set me free
My Truest Love
My Darling that sits on High
You give me a love that I can’t deny
You are a true love divine
Your sweetness is pure and one of a kind
You are my cistern, I come to You daily
Because each time I visit You, You truly amaze me
God, You are the love that I’m glad to have found
You take me up to a higher ground
I’m so grateful to be in love with You
Because each day I’m with You, You bring me through
Yes, I call You my Heavenly Boo
Because no one makes me feel like You do
Lord, just to be close to You is like the white on a dove
Thank You, my Dear Sweet One, for being my Truest Love
Immeasurable
Your goodness, Your graciousness, Your tenderness, and Your might
Has no failing presumptions in sight
I’ve tried to count Your actions of love
But, they’re immeasurable like the feathers of a dove
Your immeasurable deeds have not been reached
Which means the contract between us can never be
