About this ebook
Within the bounds of expectation and time, everyone will discover sorrow in their life. If it comes, or has already happened, in the form of a broken heart, one so unexpected and swift, like an automobile suddenly being rear-ended in the dark and thrown into unseen obstacles, it can reply as though the obstructions were never cleared. With a little nudge of wisdom and insight from experience, remember to love is an invitation to exchange that clog of sorrow with a vision for the future—sooner rather than later.

Whatever unresolved feelings you harbor, they are affecting your present capacity to love. Only when you have truly let go will you be able to take hold of something new
(Daphne Rose Kingma).
I still harbor unresolved feelings from those days forty-one years ago, and although I’ve had action, the pain and sorrow still lingers about me. It does not knock me down, though; I am too smart for that because it taught me a lot, and I am getting faster at learning every day, and I wish with all my heart that you
