The Blue Door - Marti Crain
The Cover
There are several blue doors at the Casa that you will find significant.
This door in particular, I entered with a gentleman who has volunteered at the Casa for many years. Vinicius has graciously befriended me and has opened his heart to guide my sincerest intentions of supporting the Casa.
When I took the cover photograph of this blue door at the Casa, I was pleasantly surprised of capturing an orb which I feel validates my journey.
Ask and it will be given to you, seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you.
Matthew: 7: 7-8
Acknowledgements
The depth of my wholehearted gratitude for being allowed to witness and experience the Entities of Light at the Casa de Dom Inàcio de Loyola first and foremost goes to God.
Also, I thank Medium Joáo, John of God, for his discipline and dedication for over 60 years of service for the enlightenment of man.
And lastly, but not least, I am grateful for David in believing, supporting and loving me.
Preface
I am collaborating with Spirit to share my experiences of John of God and the Casa de Dom Inàcio de Loyola to the best of my ability. I’m allowing Spirit to speak through me as I write these words. The words of the book flow through me and are not of me.
I never imagined writing a book, much less a book about the Casa de Dom Inàcio de Loyola, also known as the Casa
. The Casa is a spiritual healing center located in the Central-Western region of Brazil. During my spiritual healing at the Casa, Spirit asked me to write about my experiences at the Casa. So while at the Casa, I began writing a daily journal of my personal experiences which I am now sharing with you.
Throughout the book I refer to spiritual intervention and spiritual surgery. They are one in the same. I refer to spiritual surgery when physical healing is requested of Spirit. I refer to spiritual intervention when emotional or spiritual healing is requested.
I have been in training many years to allow Spirit to write through me. Since 1996 I’ve been practicing automatic writing or as some know it, stream of consciousness writing. I allow Spirit to flow through me in the form of words and groups of thought. In the beginning the words came in very slowly and with effort. Now I cannot keep up with the messages that flow from Spirit. I receive beautiful messages and I receive guidance from Spirit when I am open and receptive. Writing this book is a continuation of my healing journey that began at the Casa. The book contains a message for me and also for you. Let’s reveal what that is. Together we will reveal a true part of ourselves.
I have no recorded testimonies of the experiences of others at the Casa, except for David, who traveled with me. There is a short chapter of David’s experience with John of God at the end of this book.
David is my partner in life. David and I have similar spiritual foundations. We were both raised in Catholicism from the early 50’s. While our current spiritual beliefs are not the same, we share a deep respect for one another’s beliefs. In addition, we have a mutual understanding and respect for human nature as well Mother Nature.
Of this I’m sure. Being at one with your inner self and the Universe is a transcendent experience. For me, there is no other place to be. Being connected with your inner self, means knowing you can receive personal guidance on your life journey. If you, my readers, have doubts that you cannot connect with Spirit for your own personal guidance, I encourage you to give it a try. The only thing that may be keeping you from making the connection is your permission to allow it. To be receptive is required. Give yourself permission to allow Spirit to flow through you and offer you information that will enhance your life experiences. You may have to let go of your limiting beliefs, but if you only try until you make the Divine connection. It’s also very important to not allow others to take you off track when you are sure of your own truth.
Many years ago I received this message from my divine guidance. I was told that THERE IS A LEGION OF ANGELS AT MY BECK AND CALL, JUST WAITING TO HELP ME. ALL THEY NEED IS MY PERSMISSION TO HELP.
Spirits are waiting patiently and cannot make a move unless I call them in and ask for assistance. In fact, it is their job to serve and guide me. It’s that simple.
Whenever I may be given the opportunity to do something out of my comfort zone, this simple prayer, I am willing to be willing
empowers me. I may not be ready to jump head first into the deep end of the pool but I’m willing to get my toes wet. I am willing with reservations. This prayer allows Spirit to come in by way of this statement. After saying this prayer I am given the courage to make a step toward the unknown, then another and then another.
Perhaps you can relate to my experience and find the courage to do something you’ve dreamed of, and perhaps to live your authentic life.
As you go forth and discover the wonders and miracles of Joáo de Teixeira, John of God
, I offer this prayer to you, I am willing to be willing.
In this book you will read of my spiritual healing of self judgment, as well as, forgiving the institution of the Roman Catholic Church. The healing process was initiated first of all by feeling the Divine presence that came through John of God and by experiencing the unconditional love from my Divine Source.
You will see how our lives have changed after our experiences in Brazil. We continue to change with Divine Source as our constant companion.
It is my hope that you will be open to discovering Divine Presence that works through John of God and be open to the many miracles happening all around you.

Humble Beginnings
Let me share with you how my soul got me to the Casa de Dom Inàcio de Loyola, also known as The Casa.
I connect with Spirit on a deep level in nature. The nature spirits are my connection with my Source. My childhood was spent on a farm in the heart of Texas. Nature has always surrounded me and nature defines who I am. In nature, I become pure energy connected to Divine pure energy.
It started when I was a little girl. I don’t recall my age, but I wished for the ability to help and heal people. My heart was leading me, but I didn’t know where.
It was good to have this insight, but I didn’t know what to do with these feelings as a small child. Soon I realized my desires were different from my friends. This was Lesson 1, which I suggest you avoid. I was taught early on to be someone others wanted me to be; not what I wanted, or who I knew in my heart of hearts I was.
An early memory of who I am was around 10 or 11 years old. I loved books and constantly read whatever I could get my hands on. My parents and grandmothers were very devout Catholics. I am blessed to have been witness to their faith. Mom and Dad took us to church every Sunday; to receive the Sacrament of Reconciliation on Saturday; they sent us to Catholic elementary, Junior High School and also had us attend CYO (Catholic Youth Organization) when we attended public High School. There were 8 children in my family. Reading was my escape from the noise and chaos of such a large family living in a small house.
One day, I was lying on my brother’s bed, on my tummy, gazing out the window and looking at the tree line of the forest. I was resting my chin in my hand reading a book on Cuendera’s, which are Mexican Faith Healers. While reading, I remember my wish of wanting to be a Healer. This was my first memory of wanting to be a part of healing by putting my hands on someone and helping them to feel better.
Later I found my desire had a label, a medium.
A medium allows the Light of God and His representatives, to be a conduit for Divine energy. A medium allows Spirit to come through and touch people to change their
