Introduction

I humbly present to you Deliverance from the Vicious Cycle of Abuse. In this book, we are going on a journey to find out where this cycle began. How do we end up in a place where most vow that they would never end up? Many of us have watched the generations before us go through abuse. Although we hated what we saw, felt the effects of the pain it causes, and wanted better for our lives, this thing still managed to find its way to us. You know the strange thing concerning this silent life-killer is that it knows no age, color, race, or gender.

All people are subject to this dark lifestyle. Many people have lost their lives, living with devastating results and walking around in fear or constant torment because of abuse.

In this book, we are going deep-sea diving. When you hear the word abuse, most people automatically refer to physical or sexual abuse. We are going to explore the abuse that thrives because it’s silent. The sad part concerning this fact is all of the world’s population either is actively experiencing abuse or is the perpetrator.

Abuse has many faces! They think they are all right and life is just wonderful. These people walk around tormented, fearful, bound, confused, sad, lonely, and frustrated on the inside.

Therefore, chances are if you are reading this book, you are or have been in this situation or you know, love, or maybe walk very closely with someone that’s in this situation.

We are going to explore the dark side of this life as we look into the demonic influence and evil oppressions of abuse. We will identify how our lack of knowledge and bad decision-making lured us into this environment and even took ownership of us. The power of God who delivers and is able to break this curse off our lives will be glorified within these pages.

God is revealing everything that is causing his people to be hindered and walk a life separated from him. He is raising up his remnant who are not afraid to confront the forces of darkness and expose light in those dark places.

The word of God says in Proverbs 10:21, The words of the godly encourage many, but fools are destroyed by their lack of common sense. What is God saying in this passage of scripture? Words from a godly person are priceless. If you listen to those words, you can find peace, happiness, joy, and deliverance—whatever you need. The words of the godly will be words of wisdom that come from life experiences or a divine Word from the Lord. For those of you that will hear and receive this word, your life will be blessed, changed, and prosperous.

I come in the name of the love and healing to speak truth to your spirit concerning this very dark, cold, and lonely world.

For those who are ready to be free after receiving the insight and light revealed through this book, the anointing is present with you to administer deliverance from the psychological chains that bind you and had held you captive. The Holy Spirit is present to empower you to make necessary decisions needed to separate yourself and get out of this very dangerous situation.

There is a way of escape, and it’s through the power and strength of your choices. However, you must be committed to follow through with your actions to create a better life.

Now, to those who choose not to listen to the words of wisdom and make use of their common sense the Lord spoke about in the scriptures, you have opted for a life of heartache and pain. You have chosen to willingly experience disappointment, disgrace, and destruction. Your ultimate outcome will be death, be it spiritually, physically, and possibly both. After reading this book, you will have the knowledge to choose which road you want to continue; it is my prayer that you choose life.

I write this book out of true conviction from personal experience. I was in an abusive marriage/relationship for nine years. I encountered abuse on every hand until I was enlightened and brought into a place of awareness. God gave me instructions, strength, and courage to remove myself out of the hell I created for myself through my choice to be with this particular guy. In doing so, I was able to pick up the pieces of my life and find inner healing.

I am going to be extremely truthful and candid concerning this topic. This subject is very dear to my heart, and I will not play around with this valuable information. I have been set free, and the liberty I walk in, along with the peace of mind I have, is priceless.

When I allowed myself to be free through God’s grace and mercies, I promised him that I would allow my life to be transparent so others may be free.

I declare, decree, and affirm you will receive the life that God has purposed and willed you to have, if you are willing to do the work.

Lastly, I release and impart unto you the wisdom, knowledge, courage, and strength you will need to make your decision to escape death. Amen!

Chapter 1

The Origin

How Darkness Invaded the Earth

Then you will know the truth, and the truth shall set you free.

—John 8:32

In order for us to truly understand this vicious cycle of abuse, we must first be educated about how and where it all began. What is the driving force behind the people who commit these violent, deadly, and vicious violations against us? We are going to journey all the way back to the beginning of time.

Understand that there are only two forces on earth—the Spirit of Christ and the spirit of the antichrist.

The spirit of the antichrist

is an enemy of God which makes him an enemy of you,

the great antagonist to cause chaos and corruption in the last days, and

a false Christ.

The two forces on earth both have spiritual beings that are subject to their command. These spiritual beings are used to accomplish certain tasks, assignments, and missions.

The full Godhead also known as the Trinity (God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit) uses different types of heavenly angelic hosts to work on behalf of the kingdom of God.

The antichrist spirit (Satan’s domain) uses demons, spiritual wickedness, and evil spirits to work on behalf of the kingdom of darkness. Let’s take a look at where the spirit of the antichrist originated.

The Creation of Angels

All flesh is not the same. There are heavenly bodies and earthly bodies—a natural body and a spiritual body.

—1 Corinthians 15:39–40, 44

The Bible does not present a specific doctrine of angels, at least not as independent and autonomous subjects.

In the Bible, angels only appear in relation to God and humans in the role of a servant:

One who is privately employed to perform domestic services

One who is publicly employed to perform services

One who expresses submission

Originally, God existed alone in all of his perfection, glory, and the splendor of his majesty. God at some point surrounded himself with a vast of angelic host, which are far superior to man. These beings were created pure in spirit. The angels were and are invisible and immortal, but not immutable. When God created angels, they were endowed with intellect, will, holiness, knowledge, prudence, purity, beauty, glory, power, speed, zeal, and immortality far above the human level.

God created these classes of beings and caused them to inhabit the heavens. It’s the heavenly host known to us as angels. They were created according to titles, assignments, and specific job descriptions. They were each given specific instructions and directions outside of praising and worshiping the One and True Living Creator of heaven and earth.

These beings flooded the quarters of heaven, the throne of the Most High, and the corners of the foundation of earth. They were created with readiness to do God’s will. They all worshipped God in the beauty and excellence of his holiness until the fall of Lucifer.

When God created the angels, all the angels were good. Everything God created was perfect and good.

However, some fell from their celestial wisdom and position because of the misuse of their liberty. These fallen angels became demons, due to their act of free will, of choosing to cut themselves off from the Creator through rebellion.

I want you to take a moment and reflect on this old, but oh so common question, If God loves us so much, why did he [God] create a world so evil and filled with evil people?

Let me direct your attention to a particular scripture that will clearly show us that God didn’t create anything or anyone evil. He loved us so much that he created every living being with a will and ability to choose to serve him. He is a God of love and would never force us or cross our will. He would rather have us love and serve him because we want to; this way, the love is genuine.

Revelations 12:7–9, says

And there was war in heaven, Michael and his angels waging war with the great dragon. And the dragon and his angels waged war. And they were not strong enough, and there was no longer a place found for them in heaven. And the great dragon was thrown down, the serpent of old who is called the devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world; he was thrown down to the earth, and his angels, were thrown down with him.

We would have had a perfect world until evil was found in Lucifer and the angels that decided to follow him in rebellion against the Almighty God.

The Fall of the Rebellious Angels

God did not spare angels when they sinned, but sent them to hell, putting them into gloomy dungeons to be held for judgment.

—2 Peter 2:4

For one moment, can you just imagine having direct access and contact with God, walking among his presence and glory, and worshipping him in the beauty of his holiness face to face? In an instance, due to one faulty decision, all of that changed. These angels were created very intelligent so they had to know there would be devastating consequences behind their choice to follow Lucifer (Satan).

Their choice caused God’s judgment to come upon them. Job 4:18 states, That God charges these angels with folly.

Hang in here with me, and you will see how the foundation of this vicious cycle of abuse originated and came in your life to steal, kill, and destroy you. Deliverance in the fullness can never take place for you until you get to the root of your abuse and the abuser.

Without understanding what has or is taking place in your life, your mind will never allow you to release and let go of the hurt, pain, confusion, and shame of what you have gone through.

We have a real enemy that lives in this world and operates in the supernatural. That’s the world that no one likes to discuss, even the church, because it’s considered taboo and scary. We as the church are going to be held accountable for not exposing our real enemy that God himself warned us about. We have an adversary that is alive and well. He hates God, and he hates you because you are made in the image of God; therefore, he desires to destroy your life.

You were born with a purpose, and it’s the enemy’s job to try and keep you from fulfilling your purpose. Let’s get some history on our enemy.

Lucifer: Who Was He?

It is important for us to understand that when God created the angelic being, he created a variety of angels that were pure and perfect; however, they do not all have the same assignments and task to accomplish, nor did they all look alike.

Let’s look at the account of the highest angelic being whom was presumably responsible for the angel’s rebellion against God, which caused a war that took place in heaven.

The scriptures clearly show us that Satan is the monarch of the fallen angels; the Lord speaks of the devil and his angels in which we will explore a little further in this chapter.

There is a spiritual intelligence also known as Satan in the world that is malignant and ceaselessly hostile toward mankind. He has a real personality; simultaneously, it could be compared to divine, as well as human, but by no means are they the same.

Let us take a look at Satan (Lucifer) who was once considered one of the morning stars. Isaiah 14:12 says, How you are fallen from the heavens, O shining star, son of the morning! You have been thrown down to the earth, you who destroyed the nations of the earth.

Job 38:4,7 quotes, Where were you when I laid the foundation… While the morning stars sang together and all the angels shouted for joy? Morning stars was the title given to angels that indicated their intelligence, holiness, and brightness of glory—excellences that have all been derived from their infinitely glorious Creator. Lucifer’s name means light-bearing, day star, bright one, or shining one.

When God created Lucifer, he was created as the highest of the angels. Lucifer was created perfect and free from sin. Remember that he had a will and the ability to choose. It is important to understand that when Lucifer
