Turbulence
Nature gives to life, Romance
Spectacles we see advance
And leave before a second glance…
Through dawn till dusk, we take a chance
To dare, to risk a lively dance
With fate—stand firm, and not collapse.
Routines were within my grasp
Indentions on the slippery grass…
A place I hiked to in the past
Where tree limbs grew for me to clasp…
Till Bravery, fear of circumstance
Wore thin and became unmasked
When my emotions finally crashed.
Life’s a challenge I must work
Accept my failures, Faux Pas, quirks
Know which dangers to avert
Command more strength from pain and hurt.
See and think and be alert
Learn my pathway while on earth.
Through turbulence, I see new worth
Of outcomes held in every curse.
Death continues, so does birth…
Sorrows can flow in reverse
Radiate in joy and mirth.
God’s quest in this universe
Is for mankind to see this first:
Creation we must love and serve
Nurse, provide for, and endure
Despite the peace we’ve seen disturbed
Provide each brain cell every nerve
With courage found in Bible words.
Inspirational
Finality?
I thank God, I am at the end
My broken body could not mend.
There’ll be no trouble, turmoil
-When-
I am going ’round the bend.
A happy smile to all I send
I will not be back again.
A simple life I tried to spend
And, I had many dividends
The love of family and friends
Especially when I needed from them
To smile at me—with arms open.
Life’s not over at the end
The light of life still glows within—
When eternity begins.
Now—I know I can’t pretend
That life was fair to all humans
It stirs my soul to think of them…
The helpless, sick, the weak and thin
Frightened, hungry small children
The victims of demonic whims
Suffering until the end.
All innocents shall rise up then
Dance and sing in God’s Kingdom
Receive the love of angel friends
Gather at God’s throne, sing hymns.
Below me now, the earth looks grim
The sunlight there is growing dim
The earth, one day, may cease to spin
If mankind lets the devil win
The world, the life God’s given them
Love creation, life—don’t sin
Hug the animals, children.
Finality is not the end
It’s here, reality begins…
The eternal door opens…
Entering—we smile, step in.
Adults and children grow up, Blend
Make new families and friends.
Let God’s Holy Spirit in
A world’s new life, free of sin.
Darkness comes when Satan wins
Make the sun shine bright—not dim
Before eternity begins
In generations formed again.
A Speaking Sky
-From God-
The Realm of God, behind each star
Reaches down to houses, cars,
Rooms in hotels, cells with bars,
Alleys, freeways, fields, and farms.
Look up as his arms reach out—He whispers
To a breeze en route…
So every ear can hear him shout:
"I’m the sun and every cloud
Hear the sky and do not doubt…
Each color’s voice is clear and loud
Listen—as the days announced.
Brightly lit and standing proud
The loving sky, I’ve
