The Dove Poet - Keith S. S Wilson

    The Stand

The kingdom of heaven is at hand

    Peace amidst truth and light

    All unrighteousness we must withstand

For God’s love will give us might.

Let one of us reach one

    Resound Jericho’s battle cry

Teach one of us to lead one

    Heaven on earth is nigh.

In his wings shall we uphold

To keep in all his ways

As we bestill, rest, and behold

    His goodness of our days.

Where Angels take charge and arrive

We, too, must take this stand

Where the light of Christ thrives

In the hearts of every man.

    Son’s Call

    No matter the stormy weathers,

Hold on to the anchor of your soul.

    It does matter you whether

To one that bares the price of the toll.

    Lift up your holy hands,

A new day has just begun.

    Hearken to the Lord’s command

And harmony will be as one.

God will hasten to his word,

His ear shall hear your cry.

His hands are not shorten toward

To one soul that shall draw nigh.

    Arise all the true sons,

    Awake to your almighty call.

It is I that has already done

    Given eternal life to all.

    The Greatest Gift

The love in that he gave

I am a slave to thy will

And I rejoice as do angel’s clave.

    To life you have instilled,

    My soul trust in you

Only in your word it can be fed.

I am foreign here there be few

The few who do worship you must be led,

You live, O my soul cries

Out for the fear of the Lord

Come by, O Lord, come by

    The nations with thy sword,

Bringing in the sheaves shall we rejoice

    Because we all have believed

For his sheep hear the shepherd’s voice

And his seed have we conceived,

His light shall fill his kingdom

For those who have received the gift

No words said or what have you done

But did you receive the greatest gift

    My Son . . .

    Lover’s Cry

    Lord, I call
