Don’t aver change, wonderful sister.
Prologue
Expecting one thing but experiencing quite another, Shantel set out to find love, sex, and money. She was brokenhearted several times by doing what others wouldn’t do or going where some would fear to go, or wouldn’t take the time to go. While living the fast life of a woman of many hustlers, she realized it wasn’t where she had been, but where she was headed.
Chapter 1
High Five
That evening, Shantel came home, threw her books down, and put on her Baby Phat jeans and tank top.
Where do you think you goin’?
Hazel, her mother, asked.
To a ball game with a friend,
said Shantel.
You can’t go nowhere until you finish your homework and clean this damn house.
Nervously she smiled. But my, my ride will be here at four.
Well, you better call ’em and tell ’em you can’t go.
Shantel stood there speechless. Don’t look at me like that. Get your ass in that room and do like I told you.
Shantel ran to the room and told her sister what happened.
Diamond was the oldest, so she always had a plan. Me, I’m goin to the game with Rodney. Shantel can ride with us.
Diamond continued, I already cleaned the house, and I’ll help her with her homework when we get back.
Okay, I guess so. But next time, don’t plan ahead.
Yes, Mama.
Diamond already knew that Shantel was tryin’ to hook up with Tony. So when Rodney knocked on the door, she pulled it opened. What’s up? Shantel’s riding to the game with us. Is that cool? Come on before we are late.
They got in the gray Nova. Rodney had a smile on his face. I guess you’re goin’ to see Tony?
Yeah, why?
Nothin’, just askin’.
They cruised down Highway 84. When they got to Tony’s house, he was outside washin’ his black Chevy, sippin’ on Hennessy, and chassin’ it with Red Bull. Shantel jumped out.
What up?
Shit!
Tony put down the hose, licked his lips. Damn, Shantel, you musta put some baby oil on and jumped off the roof to get into those jeans. Them muthafucka’s is fittin that ass.
She hit him on the arm. Shut up, Tony. You always talkin’ shit.
He grabbed her, and the kiss was like wet liquid sex.
Diamond walked up. "Obviously somebody forgot they have
company."
Oh, my bad, let’s go inside. I’ll fix some drinks and I got the fire. What up, Rodney?
Not shit.
Here, roll these tress.
Diamond broke down the blunt while Rodney rolled.
Tony put on Shantel’s favorite CD. She pushed the remote and went right to her song and started singin’.
I think I’m getting kinda horny, and I like it, bebe.
Rodney gave Diamond the blunt. Put some fire to that shit. You boy say it’s that sticky!
Damn straight.
Tony continued, I brung that shit back with me from the ATL.
Shantel was still singin, Now take off your clothes, and come to me. Open your legs.
Damn, Shantel, hit the blunt and pass it. That’s some goods right there.
Give me that,
Shantel said as she snatched the blunt.
"You got yo eyes closed and shit. You got all day to get Tony
aroused."
Fuck you, Diamond. Girl, that’s my song.
Tony got the tray. He rolled three more blunts and fired one up. Let’s keep the rotation flowin’,
he said.
After they smoked the
