The poems in this book are about life, either experienced by myself or others. They cover subjects such as the handicapped to the future generation and shows how God works in each of their lives. The style is light and can be read by any age. The wording is simple and can be understood by anybody. Though the words are mine, they would not have been possible if He had not given me the ability. He made me who I am. I owe Him Everything. I hope you enjoy reading this as much as I've enjoyed writing it, and you come to see life in a whole new way.

Broken Dreams

As children bring their broken toys,

with tears for us to mend.

I brought my broken dreams to God,

because He was my Friend.

But then instead of leaving Him

in Peace to work alone,

I hung around and tried to help

with ways that were my own.

At last frustrated, I snatched them back

and cried, How could You be so slow?

My child, He said, "what could I do,

you never did let go?"

Are you feeling down, depressed,

than come along and be my guest

upon a magic carpet ride,

to a place where only Peace resides.
