About this ebook
All entry-level individuals enter the career paths of their choice or sometimes the availability of an alternate path as second-stringers. Doctors, preachers, lawyers, educators, soldiers, sales people, designers, farmers, factory workers, sports players, and the list goes on, all second-stringers.
There are criteria that must be satisfied before vertical movement is possible in all career paths. After the principles or standards are met and satisfied, the responsibility for advancement falls on the individual, not the system.
In the preparation phase of the second-stringer, one should, in addition to the preparation for the desired career path, prep for the method to be utilized for vertical movement. Look cautiously at the method one selects to utilize. Vertical movement goes up and down! Every career path has a system for advancement. Learn the system!
The most read book in the world utilizes a system, method, and divine inspirational discovery that is presented in part by the author in this manuscript.
The challenge now begins…
Will you, the focused stringer, show callous behavior or take the friction that will come with anticipated reaction as part of the climb process? Remember other stringers are competing with you for attaining a first-string position. One will multiply one's advantage by applying the knowledge made available by this manuscript, guiding one through the climb process, which will be slowly transitioning from a staircase climb to a protected escalator ride that only allows exit at its designated destination.
Are you that stringer who is focused for the escalator ride that could take place in your future?

Quote and Quiz
We cannot change the journey of our past; but we can change the quest of our future.
—R. Hebert
What will the legacy of your life be? A narrative of folly? A narrative of woe? A narrative of accomplishments and pleasure?
You are writing the narrative daily. You can only change the narrative and choose the one you desire to compose in your future.

I want to thank my wife for the inspiration she has had on this manuscript coming to fruition.
In my personal quest to figure out how the system works, she stopped me from being the victim of the get-rich scams
that are bombarding men and women today in their desires to achieve their full potential in life.
One day, she proclaimed no more buying books, attending seminars, and listening to tapes on how to advance quick and easy.
After a quick reality check, I concluded and agreed with her; she was right, no more.
Back to the grindstone…a great big thank you to Angie Leigh Dutton for helping me in the writing, editing, formatting, debating, researching, creating artwork, and compiling the first draft within a short span of time. Her talents are so many, and she is so ready to help the novice (me) achieve success goes beyond a belief. Thank you!
A great big thank you goes to Hannah Leigh Dutton for her creation of some of the artwork used in the book. For someone as young as she is (teenager) in creating the spaceship transporter points the direction that her talent will lead her in. Thank you!
The Dream Catcher
The Chippewa Indians believe that night is full of both good and bad dreams. When a dream catcher is hung above the place where you sleep, it moves freely in the night air and catches the dreams as they drift by. The good dreams come on, knowing their way, and are passed to the opening in the center of the webbing. The bad dreams, not knowing the way, are caught in the webbing and are destroyed at the first light of the morning sun.
There are many variants to the dream catcher legend. Some of which say both the good and bad dreams are captured, and some would say the good dreams slide down the feather to those sleeping below.
Although the Ojibwa are treated as the first people to use dream catchers, many other tribes and native peoples have adopted dream catchers into their culture. Even though the designs and legends of the dream catcher differ slightly, the
