      Hello, team, this is Coach Branch. I have coached young people for the last twenty-six years. I have spent the last fourteen years in Charleston, South Carolina, and was in Charleston when the tragedy at Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church took place.

      Reverend Pinckney had a great impact on me. That night, when he met the devil face to face, he did not tell the devil, You have to go away because you are not like us. He did not tell the devil to stay out. He looked the devil in the face and said, Come pray with us. He gave his life trying to recruit the devil to God’s team.

      The Reverend Pinckney set the standard. We are to recruit everyone we can for God’s team. I want to invite you to be on the greatest team the world has ever known.
