Sadly, although so many people in this world claim to be Christians, they are only Christians by name for they do not actually live the true and authentic teachings of the Divine Master, Jesus Christ. 

 

According to official statistics, every 40 seconds, somebody in this world dies by suicide. Clearly, this is a very serious problem although the world does not seem to want us to even bother thinking about it. Social media posts are filled with happy photos as if people were doing all well in their life. We have fallen into the illusions of the world that we sometimes forget about our humanity. 

 

If you are going through depression, anxiety, or any difficulty in this life and you want to be free and happy, then this life manual is for you. I, for one, have also been into depression -- suicidal depression. It was Jesus Christ who saved me. I wish to share what I have learned to those who may also be in their own Garden of Gethsemane in this life. If you are currently suffering, my dear reader, please stay strong as there is a certain solution for you to overcome all your problems in life, whatever they may be.

It should be noted that this book is for all people. Even if you do not believe in Christ or you do not know anything about Him, you may still use this book as a guide to help you. You do not need to officially call yourself a Christian if you are not comfortable with it. But, together with these pages, you shall know the truth, and the Truth will set you free.
