INTRODUCTION
This book continues a series of short books about personal relationships with God. The purpose is to inspire and stimulate how you feel about your personal relationship with God within the context of your personal relationship with someone you love intimately. All our personal relationships are reflections of our Spiritual relationship with God. The central idea being explored in the book is that of Oneness and Unity.
Here on the continent of North America, we live in a country called The United States of America
. 50 States are united in a way that has grown to be the example of democracy for the entire world. These 50 states use the platform of Congress through representation of each state by Senators and The House of Representatives. This congressional system unites under one leader elected by the people through this system to lead the nation. Communication is achieved through meetings in Washington DC to discuss and debate how the country moves forward. This communication is critical to the progress of the nation.
Good communication is not the process of crafting groups of words in ways that determine who is wrong and who is right. Good communication is a process by which individuals or groups come together to share information that can be used to determine the best way to accomplish things together with the belief that more can be accomplished together than apart.
Now in 2022, the whole world is experiencing the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and a war between Russia and Ukraine that is rumored to escalate into the next World War III.
Now in 2022, the United States of America is divided between Democrats and Republicans in our government. This division continues to increase while the war in Ukraine continues to drag on. The Republicans say the Democrats are wrong. The Democrats say the Republicans are wrong. The outcome of the November 2022 Mid-Term elections has resulted in an almost evenly divided nation. House of Representatives division of almost 50 percent democrat and 50 percent republican struggle for power in Congress. It remains unknown which party will eventually have the most influence in decisions made in the United States of America government for the coming years.
Many of the readers of this book live in The United States of America.
The focus of this book is to describe the beauty in unity. The United States of America has so far been blessed to have no physical wars on any of the States or territories. The unity extended to these 50 States by God’s grace has involved fighting many wars in other countries around the world for various reasons.
We as individuals are always involved in spiritual warfare. The warfare of the nation becomes our individual war in many ways because the thoughts and feelings of the entire nation trickle down to the thoughts and feelings of individuals in that nation. These thoughts and feelings become part of the demonic forces that influence our attitude about things. We may not be fully conscious of how the demonic forces of division affect us. We may not know that these demonic forces impact our individual life, but they do. The spiritual warfare associated with these demonic forces affect how we feel about personal decisions that determine our lifestyle. We feel the pressure of being forced to make decisions that are out of the ordinary.
The bible speaks of the times we live in. Many passages in the bible let us know how to see the signs that the day of Christ is at hand. The book of II Thessalonians, chapter 2 KJV reads..
II Thessalonians 2:3 Let no man deceive you by any means; but that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition.
The divided state of the United States and the state of our personal relationships prepare us as a nation, world, and planet for a falling away. As we fall away from unity and peace, all our personal relationships become affected. This book pinpoints many areas of Spiritual warfare that highlight the specifics of types of behavior that psychologically represent the start of the time of people falling away. The bible speaks of the love of many waxing cold. All these descriptions illustrate how mankind fall away from unity and peace. Personal relationships and the decisions associated with those relationships take on subconscious and conscious Spiritual warfare that represent a falling away.
When we make decisions, those decisions are more complicated when another significant person is part of our life. Those decisions evolve from being individual decisions to decisions made together with another person. The subject matter of this book covers the tip of the iceberg when it comes to following the pattern set by God during creation about how unity can be made beautiful.
The bible speaks of how good it is for brethren to come together in unity. Coming together in unity is a process that was initiated by God in the beginning of creation. This model for making decisions and showing love was outlined by God in the book of Genesis. This model for Spiritual abundance is still relevant today. God started a thing of beauty in the garden of Eden. God continues to desire that we keep this beauty going.
One thing that is true from the beginning in the book of Genesis in the bible; God is our creator. This same God of the Universe has the creative power to make unity beautiful. The Garden of Eden is the first example of God making unity beautiful. Adam and Eve saw so much beauty. This stimulation of God’s created beauty overshadowed the fact that they were physically naked. Divine beauty from God is driven by how we choose to communicate with God and how we choose to communicate with each other.
There is beauty in The United States of America. There is beauty in each individual relationship between a man and a woman when God is welcomed to be our guide into beauty. Divine beauty from God is Spiritual. Experiences of Divine beauty in God come from being led by the Spirit of God.
It can be a Nation, a State, a Church, a workplace, a marriage, an unmarried close friend, a best friend, or any type of relationship of love. The success of any of these types of relationships depends on good communication.
Good communication is not the art of using words to determine who is wrong and who is right. Good communication does not empower the moral standing of the individual. Good communication empowers all the individuals in communication to become better. Words used to express how we feel about things are building blocks in good communication. Exchange of these words show the other person that you care enough about how the other person feels to value the giving and receiving of ideas, thoughts, feelings, about information being shared. Once the other person is assured that you value the other person’s personal information, both individuals can use the information shared to become better individuals for God, themselves, the people in their life, and to the world.
God sent His only begotten Son as a sacrifice to extend an invitation to mankind to be connected to God in Spirit. Jesus Christ blood was shed on the cross to redeem mankind back to God. The blood of Jesus Christ is how we all have the potential to resume the beauty God created in mankind. We are created beautiful in God and redeemed to be beautiful. We are eternally beautiful because God sees us through the filter of the blood of Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ ascended back to Heaven, which allowed the Holy Ghost to come as a comforter and guide for mankind.
The connection with God is in unity through God, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Ghost. The process of being connected to God in the Spirit prevent the great falling away spoken of in scripture because the Holy Ghost or Holy Spirit will never leave us. The Holy Spirit is always available to guide mankind into truth. Spiritual truth can only come from God as God is worshipped in Spirit and Truth. Good communication in any relationship where truth exists is not only a function of skill in the use of a particular language. Good communication in the Spirit comes from being guided by the Spirit of God.
CHAPTER 1
Unity Starts with Creation in Genesis
The journey of creation takes us to the beginning of the creation of all things beautiful. All things were made beautiful by God. From the beginning of creation in Genesis, God initiated the power of His creative energy to create all of us in His own image and likeness. There are many more passages of scripture that illustrate how God feels about unity. Here in Genesis, humanity began with an act of oneness and unity. This power of creation was spoken into existence by God Himself.
Here at the beginning of creation in Genesis, we can picture God being outside of time. God is outside of our exploratory experience with various planets and galaxies. God came together in unity in His supreme divine existence as God, to create man.
There was no board of directors meeting where the members of the board voted to create man. There was no casting of ballots to determine which aspect of God’s image would carry the most weight in man’s creation. The agreement within the creative body of the I AM
was tightly bound in unity. God said, Let Us Create
. Total agreement empowered the creation of a beautiful natural and spiritual entity on the earth called Man
.
This book builds a foundation from the fact that God is a Spirit. Given this fact, a close relationship with God and with other people include Spiritual and spirit aspects that stem from the fact that we are all created in God’s image and likeness.
Let Us Make Man
Genesis 1: 26, 27 KJV
26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the
