I believe that spirituality is the glue that holds you together. If you have answered yes to at least one of the questions, then you are where you need to be. I am writing this book to help individuals find their inner peace by exploring their spirituality. I have written a couple of books in which I have detailed that spirituality means something different to each person. This book, as with my others, is a non-judgmental book that doesn’t choose one religion or faith over another.
