DEDICATION
This book is dedicated to Jesus and to my lifelong friend, Janet McLeland, who found freedom in The A.N.G.E.L. Plan and lost 50 pounds, and who painstakingly and freely edited my book.
FOREWORD
Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Rosemary Ryan-Delp, and I am a Christian. I believe in God the Father, Jesus Christ the Son and our Savior, the Holy Spirit of Jesus Christ, a Trinity who is all loving, all powerful, all knowing.... This book is written from that perspective.
I also believe in the Inspiration and Anointing of the Holy Spirit to help me write, proofread, edit and rewrite, and also to find the right editor, literary agent and publisher. The Holy Spirit pushed me so hard in writing this book that I truly believe God wanted me to put A New Godly Eating Lifestyle© into print so that it might help others as much as it has helped me!
I ask only that you allow yourself to open your eyes to the possibilities and concepts included in this book. They have certainly changed my life and healed my body in so many miraculous ways! Enjoy the book!
Rosemary
PREFACE
God didn’t say anywhere in His Word that people should count pounds or calories or fats or proteins or carbohydrates or grams or ounces or macros.
God did not say we are to completely abstain from food indefinitely.
God did not tell us to wear a certain pants size or dress size or to try to live up to other people’s standards about what we wear or how we look on the outside.
It’s what flows from our inside that counts! Are you flowing God, or are you flowing pride or self-recrimination?
What GOD DID EMPHASIZE is that we are to Fast and Pray for, AMONG other things, forgiveness of others and deliverance from temptation, and we may be healed of so many things.
Jesus specifically told us that some demons (diseases, overeating, alcoholism, temptations, addictions, bad habits, dysfunctions and the like) or anything that takes our minds, thoughts, will or emotions away from the true knowledge of Christ – and WHO WE ARE IN CHRIST! – come out only by Prayer and Fasting.
In this book, that is what we will explore: a commitment to getting well and a scientific formula for intermittent fasting + water + lots of Prayer - to learn how to develop meditation, patience, perseverance, self-control, and faithfulness as you go through The A.N.G.E.L. Plan©, and to also realize that you already have the Holy Spirit that lives within You if you have accepted Jesus Christ as your Savior, Lord and Master.
As you get well, you will find that the Fruit of the Spirit¹ also begin manifesting in your mind, your nature, your character and then changing bad habits. (Only God can change us; we cannot change ourselves!)
The Holy Spirit changes us through the daily study of God’s Word and our surrender of our own stubborn wills to the Will of God, which the Holy Spirit teaches us after we are
