Finding her way back to peace, remnants of her prodigal life held on as difficult questions arose: Would God use her now that she had spent so many years away? Searching for a purpose while taking leaps of faith, she discovered the deep love and fulfillment of a cultivated relationship with Jesus Christ. Included within are essays on living with grief, lessons in temptation and doubt, thoughts on heaven, and a reawakening of purpose. Providing insights from her own prodigal experience, this book is intended to reach prodigals and encourage those who have long straddled the fence.

Peggy Rowan is vice president and communications chair for a nonprofit organization focused on literacy. She also leads an online Bible study group for Proverbs 31 Ministries. She has published several poems, including as part of the anthology I Thought I Heard a Cardinal Sing, featuring Appalachian voices. An avid traveler, she has visited sixteen countries, thirty-six states, and counting. She currently lives in Lancaster, Ohio.
