Roze Merditaj (Mj)

Roze has over 13 years of banking experience and over eight years of running small businesses. In addition, Roze has a Bachelor's in business and is pursuing her Master's in Business Analytics at William and Mary. Roze is personally skilled in many areas; she believes in practical, hands-on solutions and working with those that want to roll up their sleeves and take ownership of making their dreams come true. She has acquired many skill sets in her roles, including building successful work teams, project management, multi-layer communication, networking, and relationship building through her projects and problem-resolution implementation methods she creates for her clients. Roze immigrated to the United States from Kosovo due to Ethnic Cleansing. Roze grew up with strong values and a work ethic, and her background gives her a unique perspective and problem-solving ability. Problem-solving across industries is a lifelong passion for Roze. She has spent her entire career learning about business and helping entrepreneurs grow. Roze created the Drops of Knowledge platform to empower individuals to improve in business. Roze believes good business education should be available to all and affordable. Roze Merditaj is also the founder of Real Women Collective Action (RWCA), a 501 (c)(3) organization focused on leadership, and Verve Venue, a floral and landscape design company.

I don't know about you, but I did not believe I was unique or capable of anything extraordinary. Philosophers, scientists, and historians tracked many of the world's global leaders and elite minds, and there is no clear-cut formula for greatness or success. Yet, it turns out we are unique beings capable of anything!

Every chapter of this book is dedicated to problems I have encountered in various stages of my life. If I can think my way out of problems, create a better life for my family, and help improve human life for others, I am serving my highest purpose. But, most importantly, I am sharing my process because I want you to know that you can overcome problems and help yourself live a happier, healthier, and purposeful life.

The world needs you, your skills, your personality, and all the good you bring. We have to choose a perspective and outlook on life, and this book represents one way to look at life and its problems and offers a way of thinking about them. So, if life is happening to you and you don't know what to do, start with a section of life in which you are having conflict or seeking guidance, complete the exercise, and see if it helps you. This book does not have to be read in any particular order, but I did write in an order that makes sense to me based on my life stages and levels of importance. You can choose to read the entire thing or go back to sections of your choosing. If this book helps, and you encounter someone you think could use it, please share it.
